Um, I enjoy listening to Shine, and I despise listening to Patience. :lol: Shine makes me shine, and Patience makes me lose my patience with life.

 

I'm actually thinking what you said about me about everybody voting Shine over Patience. Patience is just sooooo boring...... :(

MMM yeah just like the round with Bleeding Love voted out and About You Now being on the verge of elimination despite it never been having more than 2 votes before of after that particular round. All because people started discussing what songs are currently in the lead etc. And a person who is even indifferent to the song or doesn't like it can vote against it (even if it's not their very least fave), just to get rid of it.

 

I sounds a bit loony and picky but what i'm saying is true - sometimes people vote not for their absolute least faves, just songs that they see are 'trending' in the topic, and that they don't particularly like.

Perhaps people aren't sure what to vote each round, so they kind of just vote instinctively, without giving it proper thought? That's the only explanation for why Live Your Life got voted out.

Gwen Stefani & Akon "The Sweet Escape", Gwen used to be good until she released this $h!te. Not even Akon could do the song justice!

Why wouldn't you? If the song I'm voting for is getting, like, zero or one extra votes apart from me, then of course I might move on to something else and wait until it picks up more votes. Some people might not mind being incredibly persistent and voting the same song for 12039402 rounds even though nobody else is but I for one do, and therefore move on to something that is getting more votes that I also don't like. It's a wasted vote, and nobody likes to feel like their opinion is having no impact on the results after all!

 

Plus, at the end of the day, there are loads of songs here that I like or dislike in pretty much equal measure. I find it very hard to rank songs in these kind of games things, so mostly I put them in a rough order from like to dislike and then switch a few. But if I did it like a week later I could put a song a bit higher. But there's not any songs left I hate more than others, but there is about eight songs I dislike equally. So that's another reason why I sometimes switch to voting for songs that others are. I'll never understand how people can rank songs so exactly like that, especially when they come from so many different genres :lol: Usually I only have about six different opinions on a song: "love", "like", "don't mind", "dislike", "hate", "don't care"... and that's about it. Not really varying degrees of each... except maybe love and hate.

 

Anyway, I'm voting for 'Valerie' again. And WTF at Kanye leading?! :o It's not his best but come on, it's still good. Though the rest of the singles from Graduation were better - especially 'Flashing Lights' :wub:
