This is the best Usher song in a while actually.
i think the reason why people get so annoyed by the glee songs is that the majority of them are bad covers

Although Pink rose to prominence as an R&B singer in the classic '90s LaFace mould, a front displayed on her debut CAN'T TAKE ME HOME, it was when she took control of her own image in 2001 that she truly became an icon. While the Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) composed hit "Get This Party Started" strayed not all that far from her initial dance-pop path, the remainder of M!SSUNDAZTOOD revealed an artist schooled in the punk tradition. Further recordings wandered down multiple paths, cementing Pink's reputation as a genre-bending pop songstress. - HMV

Cheryl Cole (born Cheryl Ann Tweedy) was a dancer and model prior to becoming a member of the record-breaking U.K. pop group Girls Aloud, which released 19 Top Ten U.K. singles within a matter of a few years. In 2009, the group announced a year-long hiatus, and Cole -- who had become one of her country's highest-profile celebrities -- took advantage of the down time to record her first solo album, 3 Words, released in October 2009. Within two weeks, the album went platinum in the U.K, led by the number one single "Fight for This Love." - HMV
