I'd say this a 9/10 for me at the moment, after my 3rd listen. I really wish this was a demo as there's so many things that I'd just tweak slightly to make it sound amazing! Although she is CLEARLY trying to recreate Bad Romance here, the structure is practically the same.

I have to say I agree, BTW grew on me a lot and this just sounds like a mess on first listen. Still, she has a habit of pulling something brilliant and really unexpected out of the hat with third singles (Paparazzi, Alejandro).

10/10 for me!!!! I missed it on Capital :( But Scott Mills should play it soon :cheer:

There's many similarities with Bad Romance, the melody and structure are almost the same. Which is a good thing obs

'Born This Way' sounds too much like 'Express Yourself' for me to really like it. At least 'Judas' sounds like one of her own songs.

It gets better towards the end, and I'm sure it's set to grow, but it's a bit too messy in parts for me to LOVE it.

First impression was that it was awful, general thoughts now though are that it's passable and will probably end up growing on me. Far from her best, slightly annoying and rip-off ish, but I'd say better than 'Born This Way' at any rate.

my fave bits are between 0.22 and 0.30 and 3.25 and 3.30.

I'm definitely liking 'Judas' more than 'Born This Way' at this point!

I'm seeing lots of mixed feedback about this, in several places. Even the good comments usually contain "I had to listen to it a few times". Maybe this won't be as big as predicted?
