Listening to the album.

Set My World On Fire and Build a home are so far the listenable songs. Leave me out is alright but doesn't catch me attention. Hundred Sinners is good as well. I see what you mean. A possible 4-6 songs that are good out of 13. HS, SMWOF and Build A Home definetly the standouts though. I'm disappointed :(

I've just found out that SMWOF reached 129 on the UK chart. I would guess it's the peak. Well at least it did finally get top 200which It can't of done before this.

They (and Sophie EB) are about to sing on Lee Mack's All Star Cast on bbc 1 :D

SMWOF - if I am being honest I quite like it!

It reached 129 place? OK, I should placed it higher than that! ;)

I'm feeling slightly better about this flopping situation as the Kaiser Chiefs appear to be doing worse than The Feeling chart wise and that's even with R1 support ^_^

The Feeling - The Singles (2006-2011) is out 05/12/11. Signed copies via recordstore.

The singles are in chronological order and there's a new version of Rosé on there as well as the original because of some Burberry ad or something? I can't wait! :D Just in time for my Birthday on the 10th as well! :)

Also, the email I received said they've started recording Album 4! Brilliant news! :D

I'm so disappointed that this album did badly but then it was very expected after Join With Us, and the album was pretty shit minus the first single. I wish they'd PROGRESS a bit - trying to rehash that (admittedly really popular) 2004 sound just isn't working for them in 2011. The singles collection is a maybe baby for me due to everything post 'Twelve Stops' being a bit average.

It's a maybe for me for the other reason - I have everything else. Literally. Even The Safety Dance
I didn't get Together We Were Made because I couldn't afford it at the time. The fact of this being signed is making it an attractive prospect for me!
Well I plan to get the singles collection. I liked their singles but never bothered to download them

They've announced Christmas shows in Brighton, Bristol and London, and I have tix for the London one :w00t:
Their singles collection is basically half their first album.
I wish these guys had more traction in the US.
