Wiz at #23, hopefully it'll be top 10 by the end of the day and then once it goes top 10 it'll climb quicker from the top 10 effect. It's a bit pathetic it's taken it a whole day to overtake the fake version :( I think it could still go top 5 if it continues to climb at the pace it is climbing at. I reckon it won't peak this week.

 

I predicted it to go straight in at #18 on the YTD list :drama: Looks like I'm a bit wrong

 

Wonderman is at 24 & 34. Hopefully it'll re-peak this week, not expecting it to go top 10 but hopefully 12 or 13. I don't want it to go to #11 because that'd be the most frustrating thing ever, having 2 consecutive singles peak at #11.

Britney does have a more power in most markets (just a little more then Christina in the UK) but that's because of her huge fanbase. But her fanbase can only do so much... luckily people f***ing love her in the USA now and they pick up everything she does... if she were to PROMOTE she could be doubling what she is selling right now, and it's frustrating.

I think if she comes and does just a handful of promo performances in the UK and comes HARD (not like Circus promo which was not up to Britney's par) then it can really reignite some interest in her because the music really is amazing this era. But if she does NOTHING besides music videos then what is she expecting.

 

She usually does not start promoting until a couple weeks before the album release... so hopefully starting next week she will be doing international promo. But for right now she has only CONFIRMED US performances.

I hope we can get other new entries in the top 40 this week from Jeremiah, Glee Cast and Bruno Mars.

 

Oh, and it's a relief to see Grenade back down to #9. Ideal situation, Britney goes top 10 replacing one of the Price Tags, then overtakes Grenade, leaving it at #10 for someone I like such as Tiesto/Busta Rhymes or Wiz to go top 10. :D
