Surely Nicole can still be classed as a flop if DHYB completely bombs down after reaching its peak (even if it is number 1) - which It probably will if it does make it WRWWR MK2

Don't forget Ke$ha will have lost a lot of sales through illegal downloading. "Poison" was frontloaded but it had less appeal and was performed to a large audience.
