Adele still #1, and back at #1 in todays mids.

The Fame Monster #8 :o The success of this is incredible.

It could reenter the top 5 of iTunes after Saturday's Monster Ball special, which is basically live performances of the entire album!

01. Adele - 21

02. Fleetwood Mac - Rumours

03. Friendly Flies - Pala

04. Foo Fighters - Greatist Hits

05. Chase & Status - No More Idols

06. Kate Bush - Directors Cut

07. Bruno Mars - Doo-Wops & Hooligans

08. Noah & The Whale - Last Night On Earth.

09. Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster

10. Pink - Greatist Hits

Is 'Born This Way' available to pre-order on iTunes yet?

it seems not, its not in the top 200 pre-orders - although it is doing well on pre-orders on other download sites

no significant movement with the other pre-orders coming up as of yet, although Bon Iver and The Pierces are in the top 200 on pre-orders for their albums- the former isn't out until 20th June, so that could be a surprise hit

and Ed Sheeran's at 39 on pre-orders :D I really hope this can become a hit when its released, we need something different in the charts

Maybe it's not avaliable to pre-order for the reason that people can complete the album.

Born This Way i do predict will have a healthy stay at number one on Itunes.

Stunning to see The Fame Monster still doing so well. Hopefully, Born This Way will have a strong longevity and similar sales.

Still can't believe Caro Emerald is so high. Fantastic.

Top 10 update:

1. 21 - ADELE

2. Rumours - Fleetwood Mac

3. Doo-Wops & Hooligans - Bruno Mars

4. The Fame Monster - Lady GaGa

5. No More Idols - Chase & Status

6. Foo Fighters: Greatest Hits - Foo Fighters

7. Now That's What I Call Music! 78 - Various Artists

8. Pala - Friendly Fires

9. Greatest Hits...So Far!!! - P!nk

10. Last Night On Earth - Noah & The Whale

Today could be Adele's last day at #1 on iTunes. Although I actually wouldn't rule out Adele going back to #1 again in a few weeks.

I have a funny feeling she won't go back now - she's adamant there'll be no deluxe edition of 21, which probably rules out a return in Q4. And GaGa will probably be around 100k ahead of her next week, and by the time she's dropped below 50k (which probably won't be for a good few weeks) then Adele will have as well.

I don't know, I just have a feeling GaGa will be incredibly frontloaded and end up dropping behind 21 after a few weeks and having a long run at #2-3. In a way it's a good thing Adele isn't going to release a deluxe to take advantage of her fans but if I was her I would put out a deluxe in Q4 and watch even more sales roll in :P I'm sure she'll get another big sales boost in Q4 regardless (but probably won't return to #1). Hopefully she'll get performance slots on BGT and/or XF too.

I think she'd be a cert to perform on X Factor. She's expressed her love for the show more times than not, and we all saw what it did for her career after 'Make You Feel My Love' was performed. The X Factor audience is perfect for her. Hopefully she'll get a slot on BGT and perform SFTTR. Then 'Turning Tables' on X Factor :D
Maybe the thread title should be changed, we moved from March through April and nearly May!
Whats with the sudden rush upwards with Pink's GH? :o
no pre-ordered albums out tomorrow are currently in the Itunes album chart, (although I still expect Lady Gaga to dethrone Adele) I will do a full update tomorrow

GaGa currently #2, but she's not done bad to get that high by this point as she had no iTunes pre-order for some bizarre reason.
