if they can do atleast 40k I would say they have a good chance...but that might be too much for them to do?

Blimey surprised. I actually went to download this on Amazon and they were selling their previous hits album "Gold! for £3 so I downloaded that instead! Its all the same tracks!

YES YES YES!!!

 

And I GOT TO MEET THEM ALL TODAY!!! Went down to This Morning!! I am so happy I can not tell you! Had such a brilliant time and made new friends too! WAHHH!!! Got the album signed by Faye and Lee, hugged and had a pic taken with Claire, I didn't get to speak to H and Lisa - there were so many people and I'm only little!

Steps should be on for 40k which WILL be enough, Adele will be on about 30k yet again with James Morrison dipping below. If I had to guess now:

 

01 Steps 44k

02 Evanescence 32k

03 Adele 30k

04 James Morrison 26k

05 JASON DERUUUULO (sorry, I just can't say his name properly) 23k

 

I have a horrible feeling Evanescence won't even make that though, their single did worse than Blink's after all. Then again, if RHCP can do 75k they should be able to do half that. Should be.

Steps getting a #1 album in 2011, GH or not, just seems extremely wrong. I'm tipping Adele to be back at #1.

Who on earth could have predicted that this album would have actually been a success a few months back when they announced it. Steps live on in 2011...somehow.

What is the ratio between iTunes album sales and in store purchases? Surely Steps aren't actually going to make the top ten on Sunday?

Cant believe Steps are #1 :o Who would of guessed that before knowing they were going to come back together for a greatest hits :wacko:

If a year ago someone had told me that at any point in 2011 the top 3 albums on itunes would have been Steps, Maroon 5 and Evanescence, I'd have laughed in their faces.

I would love Steps to go number 1, i had said a while back it would be great if it even went top 10, i think gold the greatest hits been still available and for so cheap could hinder its chances, i wonder could we see gold make a return to the charts?

 

To my knowledge downloads dont account for much of the overall album sales so im sure sure how good an indicator the album download chart is for the real charts.

You know the iTunes album chart is completely f***ed up when STEPS are #1 in 2011. :drama:

 

And I love Steps. :heart:

We will have to wait and see tomorrow where steps are in the tuesday mids..
