I will definitely be watching the PPV but not live since I have to go to work the next morning and I'm not THAT crazy about wrestling.

I guess Mark Henry could return for the Rumble as well.

I haven't been as excited for a Rumble like this year's in a long time. The Rock and CM Punk have been great building up the match for the past few weeks.

It's gonna be good, The Rock becoming WWE champion again and the royal rumble match will be the best moments of the PPV.

The Royal Rumble is certainly the best PPV of the year, even better than Wrestlemania.

Ugh not Henry he should retire. New age outlaws and John Morrison however :)

BTW Kane is in the rumble as is Bryan, Rhodes, Khali, Sandow, Prime Time Players, Brodus and Kingston plus more.

I thought anyone could enter, unless they were involved in the championship match?
So who is going to win. I hope it isn't Cena but I'm thinking it'll be Ziggler Ryback or a Cena win. Sheamus is also rumoured to win two years running.

IF The Rock wins the championship, Cena will be winning the rumble I reckon. Also depends on who's making returns and stuff. Will 'taker make a return? Christian?

(I'm purposefully staying away from spoilers coz I wanna be shocked and pleased/disappointed :P, so they're rhetorical questions really :heehee:)

Urgh, I really hope Cena dosen't win the Royal Rumble again!

I'm with you, obviously. I heard he gave one of his worst promos ever just last week (?) on RAW. It got slated to SHIT. But they all have shit moments.

So who's watching this live with me tonight? :D

Sorry to disappoint but I won't be able to tonight. I will however watch it at some time in the week. Have fun though.

Scrap that. I am gonna be online. See you guys at half past. Miz v Antonio in the pre show match.
Ok :D

Every wrestler is eligible to enter the royal rumble apparently so CM Punk could be a surprise winner after losing the WWE Title to The Rock.

I'll still stick to my prediction of Randy Orton or Sheamus.

Edit: WWE championship match is going to be the main event

John Cena

What a load of bollocks!

It was so bate that The Rock was going to win the WWE Championship, i could see those chain of events involving CM Punk and The Rock happening ever since CM Punk turned heel by attacking The Rock on Raw.

It looks like were set for The Rock vs John Cena part 2 at Wrestlemania but of course The Rock will have to win the Elimination Chamber match first.

The Rock vs. Cena vs. Punk, surely? Yes another triple threat for the championship at WM :drama:

I think Ziggler will cash in at WM too. Over one of those three. He's gonna get a massive push and what better way than to have him win over one of those three?

Overall, I really enjoyed the PPV (bar the last few mins of the rumble - as soon as it got down to the last 3 - BORING). I wish they'd stop turning the lights out and making me think it was 'taker though!

Ziggler can't cash in on the WWE title. Cena won the briefcase last year and failed to cash in successfully on RAW 1000. Ziggler can only cash it in on the WHC.

In-ring, the PPV was ok but it could have been better. Especially Rock was terrible. Maybe he should try to actually stay fit instead of gaining 30 kilos in muscles. :/
