Absolutely gutted about Doink! :( He was one of my earliest memories of wrestling. He was fantastic! Sad to hear about R Truth's sister too! Can't bear to think what he's been through.

Thats awful, hate hearing about the death of legends.

 

As for Chris Benoit, when I was younger I never really was bothered about his matches even now I'm not. I agree about on the games though hes good. As for the rot in hell, he was f***ed on drugs right? Seems he was in an awful place and did a terrible thing, but I wish his legacy as a wrestler and what he achieved was still at least acknowledged.

I only started watching WWE (or WWF as it was known then) in 1999 so i never saw Doink The Clown wrestle but from what i've heard he was a truly great character in wrestling.

 

It's most likely a drugs related death like Bam Bam Bigelow, Test, Crash Holly & Luna Vachon amongst others.

Poor Doink, he was such a flop but he was incredible!

BTW Matt played the original Doink in 1993 as there was a few others that played the character over the years. Anyone remember evil doink :lol:

I just found that Nick Dinsmore who was "Eugene" in WWE played Doink The Clown for a bit.

 

Eugene was so funny, he should come back and do his Eugene Bottom on some jabronies loooooooool :lol:

 

 

Looking back years later Eugene was dreadful. I don't see the fuss with him at all.
