Inna is back with a fabulous new single 'Sun Is Up'. It's became her highest charting single in a number of countries in Europe now and is already being backed by UK radio unlike '10 Minutes' which was ignored. I think this will suprise many and receive radio 1 backing and outpeak 'Hot' in the UK. It's out in a quiet week as well with Bruno Mars 'The Lazy Song' and Wynter Gordon 'Dirty Talk' being its main competitors. So I'm going with top 3 :bounce:

I'm not sure. Top 40 is possible, but 'Deja Vu' wasn't Top 40. Can't decide until Radio 1 playlists this.
She's topless in the tub :o oh hang on they are her knees :heehee:

10 minutes is by far Inna's best song imo.

I would say Top 20 with radio support! But i'm not sure if they are going to playlist it or not

That said, Dirty Talk is far better!

I see top 20. This is getting moderate TV airplay but commercial radio needs to pick up on this more to make it go top 10.

Commercial radio will only play this if this eventually becomes a hit without their support, that's how things work with dance music these days.

I'm gonna say top75.

Amazing didn't fare that well- I think top 40 at best for this- that said, its a lot better than her last hit

I don't think you can compare the release of this with Amazing and Deja Vu because it's a new song that wasn't on her album or should I say planned release of Hot (the album) in the UK, so it's a fresh start and basically in the same position as Hot (the single) was when it was released. .

Commercial radio played Hot loads after it got released (but I didn't hear it much anywhere before).

Then Amazing, I heard ALL OVER commercial radio way before it was released, and way before I even heard it on Radio 1.

Then Deja Vu I only heard a few times on Radio 1.

So it's hard to predict what airplay this will get. Although it is comforting to an extent, but Capital, and other such stations will definitely play it if it goes, say, top 10 on iTunes, but on the other hand, it'll have more dificulty getting there without those stations's support in the first place.

That's how those stations work really. 90% of the time, they play a song if it's currently doing well in the charts, or if the artist's previous hit did well in the charts (which Inna's didn't, or else Capital, etc. would already be playing Sun Is Up non-stop, like they were doing with Amazing).

It has a possibility of top 40, but I'm going to say 'Flop'. Her last single missed top 100

Wynter Gordon didn't she collabrate with Flo Rida in 'Sugar' in 2009?

Inna is a good singer but if she had radio support this would be Top20 but it will probably be a flop

Wynter Gordon didn't she collabrate with Flo Rida in 'Sugar' in 2009?

Unfortunately yes.

I'm thinking Top 40 at best, but I would like to see it go Top 10, it would be a great summer anthem.
It sounds the same as the other two. I think for her to get big, she will need to release a better variety. I reckon lower top 40, or flop.

I can see top 40 w/o good radio airplay, top 20 with. Good enough song, but I prefer Amazing!
She sounds so 10 years ago.Hot was a tune though. 2 European sounding to ever make it big. I voted flop.
I really like the song but unfortuently the vocals put me off. I didn't have a problem with her voice in her previous songs but I dunno, theres something rather annoying about her voice in the chorus. It is still catchy however, but I doubt it will make must impact - probably somewhere between 30-45, e.g Need You Now.
