I heard a remix of this song the other day. Its not great. I think they've had their day and will struggle when they come back and that will be the end of them then. Its just not been the same since Keisha left - the songs havent been as good and their sales have been on the slide.

Just remember though that Freedom is the first single completely by 4.0, as Keisha was there when Sweet 7 was recorded - so you can't really tell until 4.0 has actually released a song that is completely from themselves. :)

Ooft. Nice video. I quite like it. Serves the song well and I'm getting into the song, properly now. I still have no desire to listen to it on my own accord just yet, but it's getting there. Slowly but surely.

The video is certainly better than the one they had for 'Wear My Kiss', they look sexy but it makes me think of a Booty Luv video or something along those lines...

The video is pretty boring for me. :( The song is great though, even more so now in HQ with the breakdown.

I came onto this thread to say this acc! That remix is amazing! So uplifting, and with a great chorus :D Much better than the original imo....

MUCH better in HQ, I even half-approve it now.

I like the dark atmosphere. But the video is still boring. And Heidi seriously looks really old.

The video really bores me, I will still most likely download the song if it's not 99p.

I do like this song, it has a good sound and it's very catchy (and sticks in your head!). But, you can practically FEEL the desperation coming from it.

It's hard to predict where the "Sugababes" will chart these days, but I could genuinely see this having a shocking chart performance in all the wrong ways.

 

I actually agree, it doesn't matter how good the material is now, it does matter that it's sung by Sugababes "who aren't relevant anymore" etc. etc. etc. And especially with Crown as managers they don't stand a chance. I am predicting a top-25 smash with a "Bittersweet" chart-run for a while for "Freedom", and the more this "campaign" goes the more I become confident with my initial prediction.

Ridiculous. :mellow: I can't see them releasing another album after this one, if they even get to, and I don't think I'll want them to. It seems whatever they release is going to flop now, but I'd rather just have them release the album then end rather than become a huge joke.

That delay happened a few days ago. I just hope they get radio support 'cause then i think it will at least get Top 10. Even if this album flops i'd love to keep hearing new music from them.

I think that with its pre-order can get top 10, but then disappear of top 100 in 7-8 weeks :mellow:

I actually don't hate it, the chorus let's it down for me though lol, it seems to slow down?
