April 7, 201114 yr I'll start listening as soon as I've posted my chart in about an hour. About 5 or 6 of this month's entries are in the chart that I'm about to post but rest assured if yours is one of those - I didn't discover it via here, there are just more songs that I already know than usual.

April 7, 201114 yr I wouldn't have the faintest idea what to do with tags. I edit them once they're on my iTunes, but I wouldn't know how to do it in general. Most people aren't so fussy with audio quality (I generally can't tell the difference between 256 and 320kbps personally) so I just looked for the best possible quality I could find for each entry last month but I figured that people wouldn't mind changing their own tags if they'd been saved the hassle of having to hunt for all of the MP3s themselves! Will we be getting recap vids this month Tyron?

April 7, 201114 yr Unfortunately my Mac doesn't have video editing software :( If someone's willing to knock a few recaps together though then they're more than welcome to! All I have is Windows Live Movie Maker which is DIRE, and much worse than the version I had on my old computer. So last month I made an audio recap in Audacity and then just put the audio track into Windows Live Movie Maker and just added an image/captions. So much easier and quicker than the way I used to do it, the downside being that you don't get to see the clips of the videos I guess but this is a SONG contest after all so I didn't think it was much of an issue. Hopefully somebody will volunteer, where's JamesP, king of the recap?
