It was... okay. I laughed more at Saffy than at Edina and even Patsy wasn't quite on form. Sarah Lund's cameo was fab obviously. On the whole it was a bit disappointing and the movie would have to be of a much higher quality to be worth bothering with.

 

I think it was great. I love how Eddie was STILL wearing denim. Babe it ain't gonna happen.

 

I think most people who disliked it didn't see the original.

Pretty sure 90% of the people watching will have seen the early series, which is probably why they had such high expectations.

Caught it on iPlayer the other night.

Was every bit as great as I remember it being :) Can't wait for the next one, shame there's only 2 more :(

The 2nd episode tonight was MUCH better than the previous one imo.

Perhaps, but it still really isn't a patch on Ab Fab at it's peak. There were plenty of laugh-out-loud moments (Edina and Emma Bunton abusing Lulu being my personal highlight), but they are still too far and few between. There wasn't enough Patsy VITRIOL (best served aimed at Saffy).

I thought last night's episode was almost completely devoid of any funny moments - which is disappointing, because I thought they got it quite right at Christmas. I didn't find the French woman or any of the random cameos humorous in the slightest.

Last night's was genius!

I much preferred the Christmas episode but this one was still funny.

Last night's episode was disappointing, more time was needed on the gang in general like the old days and not on cameo stars. Overall I prefer the christmas day episode that was better.

The two new ones have been, literally, absolutely fabulous. I've not seen any of the old ones, but these have been hilarious! Emma Bunton being a sort-of singer. I'm a fan of her yet found it hilarious. :P
