May 1, 201114 yr The myspace is fake. Jive aren't stupid, she did performances of the song and it garnered NO interest. It would probs only do well here!
May 1, 201114 yr Would Larry Rudolph even be the one to announce the next single; I thought it'd be Dr Luke or Britney.
May 1, 201114 yr Oh if that MySpace is fake then good. I don't mind the song (though it's my 3rd least fave)and it would do well here and the US, but most other places WW it would flop harder than TTWE did here tbh. Criminal should deffo be the European single, but obviously the US wouldn't take to it so I'd say I Wanna Go, Drop Dead Beautiful or How I Roll (awful as the latter is compared to the amazing other 2).
May 1, 201114 yr Oh, it's fake? I know a lot of people would be happy with this single but I think it is without a doubt the worst on the album (including the bonus tracks). If TTWE can't get Top 20, this would do NOTHING in the UK. I can't speak for the US or anywhere else obv.
May 1, 201114 yr Ooooh 'Big fat bass' has to be the next single ! I think I like 'I wanna go' more, but 'Big fat bass' is the inevitable huge it of the album, it has to be released and it'll be instantly massive.
May 1, 201114 yr I read Jive are still quite undecided about the next single after the unexpected chart success of TTWE... which, sounds kind of weird. Anyways, I think either this or I Wanna Go would be good single choices. Big Fat Bass could be a good strategy as it sounds less similar to HIAM and TTWE than IWG does.
May 1, 201114 yr I'm not a massive Brit fan or anything but I listened to the whole album once on the internet and the ONLY song that I had stuck in my head afterwards was 'Gasoline' - has to be 3rd single! And what's with everyone's obsession with 'Criminal'? It's average, not THAT good....
May 1, 201114 yr Jive aren't stupid, she did performances of the song and it garnered NO interest. It would probs only do well here! They released RADAR off of 'Circus', I wouldn't necessarily call them smart. Most of the singles are chosen by Britney herself. Jive apparently wanted BFB and IWG as the first two singles... not bad choices but still I think Britney chose better. BFB will end up being a single they already made an agreement with Will.I.Am. that it would be released sooner or later.

I hate to doubt your sources but "BFB" was recorded after "HIAM"s release, so it couldn't have been a contender for the first single. Secondly they had a contract with Jive, plus it seemed easier, she was performing it on tour (so if it came down to it video wise, she'd have a routine). There's no doubt in my "BFB" will be a single at some point, I'd just rather "IWG" and "Criminal" first! :(
May 1, 201114 yr Nooooooooo. :puke: Worst song on the album and possibly my worst Britters song ever. :( IWG is just AMAZING for this time of year!
May 1, 201114 yr I really want Gasoline or Drop Dead Beautiful. I find them the best for me personally. That line "Drop Dead, Beautiful, Drop Dead..." so on just kills it for me!
May 1, 201114 yr Big Fat Base is a very unusual single choice when she has 2 far better songs on the Album which are Drop dead beautiful and Criminal. Her Voice is autotuned too much in Big Fat Base. I hop she isnt goin to rely on collaborations to sell singles.

'Hold It Against Me' did fantastic without anyone else, 'Till the World Ends' has done pretty fantastic to, without the remix.

Then she wanted HIAM, then they wanted either BFB or IWG for the second but Britney insisted on TTWE. lol.
May 2, 201114 yr I don't know why people will think this will flop, just because they don't like it? I personally think this is one of the best choices to release from the album (it's not particularly my favourite song off it, but it's not my least either) it just seems to have MASSIVE hit potential and with Will.I.Am featuring on the track I think it could actually do decently for her over here, at least. We also know BEPs are an unstoppable force in the US at the moment, too.

In the US it has HAS but it has only peaked at *21 in the UK
