Does anyone know the chart positions for Make You Feel My Love for the previous three weeks?

Made a few tweaks to this:

• Specified the size of the charts listed (top 40/50/200).
• Posted separate entries for the RAH DVD in the music video chart and the main DVD chart (should I also add the combined video chart where the RAH DVD made #32?)
• Posted music videos for CP/CS/RITD, the BRITs perf of SLY (as that was the video that charted, not the official video) and the RAH perf of TT in the TV airplay chart section.

Other than that just fixed a couple of formatting/spelling/counting errors as ever :P

Thanks Bre :D I like the video idea, too, It's a shame that the TV didn't use the Royal Albert Hall performance for Set Fire to the Rain, atleast then it will be able to be shown on the TV. Hopefully for her next album, some videos will be shot!
