I absolutely adore Once Upon A Time, it's easily the best new series and we're only on episode 2. I also watch Homeland but it took a while to grow on me, OUAT was instant.

Another good episode of Pan Am this week, I liked that they focussed on Maggie a bit more for a change, she's got a lot of potential as the episode showed. As pretty as Margot Robbie is Laura is becoming a real BORE of a character, certainly this week anyway.

Laura just doesn't have anything to do. Margot Robbie is an excellent actor. The problem with this show is only two of the stewardesses and one of the cabin crew ever seem to have a storyline at one time and Kate is always one of them so the others have to take in turns. Poor Colette hasn't done anything since Berlin. But I'm still enjoying it very much overall and I read something recently about how they might give it a full season order despite the poor ratings.

This weeks episode of Homeland was amazing, next weeks looks like it should be even better with the lie detector test, although I can't imagine the results being hugely surprising, it's a bit early for BIG REVEAL SUNDAY.
Episode 4 and 5 of DH are by far the worst episodes of the show I have ever seen. Virtually nothing good I can say AT ALL.

Having now watched E05, I have to say that I quite enjoyed it and an improvement on E04. Despite a dip in quality it seems like it's being set up well for a great ending, with the police guy, the housing development at the end of ep.5, Carlos drinking, lots of potential imo.

Didn't think E06 was too bad either but the ending seemed far too predictable.

X Factor already renewed. Lower numbers than they were expecting perhaps, but it's pulling in higher numbers on Wednesday & Thursday than whatever FOX was airing last fall.

Oh dear for Glee, down seven tenths (18%!) from the last original to a 2.9, the second lowest it's ever got (I read it hit a 2.5 during Thanksgiving 2009). New Girl didn't fare as bad, returning to a 3.5.

I reckon it'll bounce back to 4.0+ within a fortnight. People just won't have known what was happening with it. Last night's episode will probably do big numbers on DVR.

Baseball always screws Fox over for a fortnight, but the sheer amount of money the Baseball generates allows Fox to support shows like Fringe and help develop shows like New Girl.

Yes it sucks, but the baseball allows Fox to do a lot that they might not otherwise be able to do with the limited schedule hours they have.

Didn't think E06 was too bad either but the ending seemed far too predictable.

It was better than the previous 2 for sure, but the ending was obvious from the moment they were in the forest. The Susan/Andre thing is truly awful too, they seem to be going through the same set of steps every week.

1) Andre calls Susan out on 'not being a true artist'

2) Susan gets really offended and concocts some elaborate scheme to prove him wrong

3) Andre sees right through it and tells her 'she's going to be an amazing artist'

It's SO BORING AND AWFUL TO WATCH.

American Horror Story renewed :D
Best news I've heard in AGES! Really, REALLY loving this show. Hopefully some big channel picks it up here! I can see it being on Channel 5 and doing decently. But I'd rather Channel 4 or even BBC 2 picked it up or something.
They do, it starts next Monday at 10pm. I hope some freeview channel picks it up at some point though.
That's what I meant haha. It's too good to have only 1k watch. Or even less. Not sure what FX's figures are like...

Revenge up to a preliminary 3.0 this week. FUCK YES. Even if it adjusts downward that makes it the highest rating episode since the pilot. It must be averaging the same as Person Of Interest now and it's growing week on week too. WHOOP WHOOP.
