I'm not a fan of KOL either imo "Use Somebody" is more bearable than "Sex On Fire". I loved Laura on X Factor too and remember being very annoyed at the time :)

I was soooo upset when I thought she going to have to withdraw :( I was obsessed! :lol: That year was brilliant - Diana wasn't even my fave! Alex was, and I loved Diana, JLS, Laura and Ruth as well! We also had awful Eoghan Quigg though :puke:

 

2008 will never be repeated on X-factor it was the year the bar was raised too high.I was rooting for Laura and it still gets on my nerves that she has never had a pop career but Alex filled her shoes well.They were actually all good live I also liked Austin.

I was sad when Laura went, but she was up against Ruth, who really had to stay over her imo. :(

 

Ruth was quite good, but I always had to turn the sound down a few notches as I found that she shouted every big note. Laura was just amazing, her tone was heavenly. Her singing Cry Me A River at Cheryl's house was just perfection.
