Maybe she hasn't been informed that her songs are now sold through downloads and not only through physical CDs in Zavvi.

 

She seems pretty clueless about a thing or two.

 

She's an international artist who's working really hard on promoting her album globally. I think we can forgive her for maybe not quite understanding all the release dates etc.

its only been two hours :P it does count for a lot, the extra sales can do a song a lot of good, they are very front-loaded though, the single usually has to perform well to back it up

And where does it say anywhere that Nicole has been removed from the judging panel?

The only breaking news story is that Cheryl has rejoined, it doesn't say what she has rejoined as. Plus, it was never 100% confirmed Nicole was a judge either.

Surely if she isn't a judge, she will continue with her role as presenter; which is what was planned all along.. her exposure will still be the same.

 

I don't see how Nicole not being a judge on US X Factor has anything to do with where her single peaks anyway?
