Well, they both collabed with Aggro, and the Pussycat Dolls one was a big hit, the Girls Aloud one was just a minor hit (although it is more recent), so I can see where the confusion is from. :lol:

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's tommorrow worldwide, and Sunday in the UK.

 

It's a sure-fire top 10 on iTunes I think.

 

But has anybody heard the song? Because I noticed it's on Radio 1's playlist, but they said when they choose what goes on the playlist they have a panel of people listen to the song first.

Yeah, I suppose. It seems like there's a few artists they're guaranteed to playlist, and a few they'll never even consider (anymore). Unless maybe they sent the song to Radio 1 beforehand? Although I doubt they'd do that, since it makes it more likely to leak then.

I wouldn't be surprised if no-one's heard the song. I mean, Coldplay could release any song and R1 will A-list it, guaranteed. But I'm guessing the important people of R1 have heard it, because they're important and they need to know what the songs like I guess.

 

I think they'll get T10 on iTunes but miss out officially - they'll do better than Arctics and Foos but their type of music doesn't do well in the charts. I predict a big fanbase buy on the first week and then not be a 'proper' hit like many rock acts with heavy fanbases.
