Wednesday: New Releases: Top 300-1000 (singles & album tracks):

323. 10 Minutes - Inna  91

I hope they re-release this and give some promo / airplay on R1. :cheer:

Seconded.

It far too good of a song to not get Top 40. I still can't believe it missed the Top 1000 on Itunes the week it was released. :|

Yes, Example was hardly going to hold up that lead all week :P

The new Radio 1 playlist is out and they snub Nicola

Maybe it's due to the fact that the physical release is too far away?

The Saturdays  33 :heehee: It's actually funny how messed up this whole campaign has been.

Maybe it's because it's absolutely not the sort of song R1 would touch? I'll be very, very surprised if it ever gets playlisted.

well there's something I'd never expect you to say :o

Why not? Radio 1 showed the support to M.I.A. for example, and Nicola's song isn't too far away from her... Hopefully Cheryl isn't the only GA member who gets playlisted by R1. Nadine was snubbed, Kimberley's duo with Aggro was snubbed, now it's Nicola's turn... to be snubbed?

I love the song, but I hope it teaches the management & Saturdays a lesson. But when they do promote I hope it stays in the chart for as long as it could. Saturdays shouldn't do an On Air thing. I hate that method, I really do.

Issues, Ego and Higher all did well and they weren't held back, so I think on air, on sale can work for The Saturdays. But I agree, they really should've held Notorious back. :(

Bass Down Low is #11 again, but I can see Super Bass overtaking it soon, or that Ludovico song, since it's climbing extremely fast!!! :o

It's one of the best songs in the chart imo.

Yes, I know everybody on here is bitter that Nicole didn't release one of her dance pop songs, and that this trashy RnB song that she's released is doing well now.

You mean this cheap Rihanna knock-off?

You mean this cheap Rihanna knock-off?

No. Can we just remember that Right There was most likely completed before What's My Name was released.

You mean this cheap Rihanna knock-off?

It has similarities to What's My Name?, but I don't think it's "cheap", and I don't think it's a "knock-off" either. I think it's different enough.

Plus, if she released one of her dance-pop songs, then they'll sound like dozens of other recent chart hits. Right There only sounds like one or two of them.

Maybe it's due to the fact that the physical release is too far away?

Or because it's terrible?
