September 4, 201113 yr I think this song looks like doing a lot better than most people anticipated. I'm glad its done well. Notorious kinda underperformed for 1st single so its good they are back on track with this one.
September 4, 201113 yr I can't actually believe the girls have a number 1 on iTunes. Next, the Official Chart! I feel soo proud of the girls and us fans. I feel that we all deserve it. I actually think that they would appreciate it more than other number one artists we have had recently. Would love to see Examples face if The Saturdays, who he slagged off, was ironically knocked off the Number 1 spot by the girls!
September 4, 201113 yr I am so glad this is #1 on itunes. Hopfuly it will stay there. I have a feeling in my gut it's gonna go all Missing You on us and end up at Number 3, but that won't be the end of the world. Number 3 is the highest I thought it would get realisticly. So fingers crossed the girls we get a first #1
September 4, 201113 yr Great news!! i totally expected pixie to be there, i hope they can hang on, but i fear it may fall as the week goes on, as thats usually what tends to happen to their singles, unless they get some good promo this week, either way it should be top 5 come sunday! September 4, 201113 yr Well done, girls! :D So pleased they have their first iTunes #1. Re: The peak positions a couple of pages back. Kind of funny to think their best selling single 'Ego' never graced the iTunes Top 10 with its presence, lol. If The Saturdays beat Pixie, that'd be pay back for 2009! :lol: (Pixie being their support act, and then getting a #1 while on tour with them... while The Saturdays remained without one, ha).
September 4, 201113 yr One word: promo. They need lots of it this week and it's game on. Hopefully now they see they're at #1 and Pixie is close behind they'll realise they need as much promo as possible, anything and everything they can get! They need to be everywhere. September 4, 201113 yr Gutted, I wanted this to be their first number one, got my hopes up majorly. I guess it shows I am on teamsats this week despite loving Pixie Lott. All Fired Up has done amazing to be top 5 in all honest with it's airplay, a simon cowell production was again a nail in the Saturdays coffin of number one, I hope Pixie's frontloaded and Saturdays can catch up tomorrow, they should really,really,really be trying to promote more and more. Physicals could be Saturdays best chance and I can see them being in the lead on tuesday's update.
