Pretty excited for this, love the singles :D

I do like the cover! :w00t:

Sorry to ask but from which country is Nero?

The UK :)

It's online, by the way. It has the normal and deluxe editons, in the deluxe edition there is a '2808 Symphony' more than 17 minutes length...! I haven't listened to it so far, but any opinions so far?
On the whole, I'm finding that it's all going a bit over my head on the first listen but the next single, Crush On You, is excellent on first listen :D
I might give this a listen, I have enjoyed the first 3 singles (Me & You is still my fave though) - I'll see what the reviews for it are like over the week and decide then.
On a first listen 'My Eyes', 'In the Way', 'Scorpions' and 'Crush On You' are my favourites.

I think the dubstep parts in the song are too tough for commercial success of the song. And I'm still not sure if I like them or not. Thay're a bit annoying, but at the same time without them the song would be samey and boring...

I'd say very solid album and surprisingly varied! :o There you have the "classic" dubstep tracks, more light and sunny tracks like 'Must Be the Feeling', some big anthemic songs like 'Me and You'. Good job, Nero, but I think I'll listen to it in parts, as the album is VERY long.

It took me a while to take notice of Nero but as soon as I heard 'Me And You' and 'Guilt' I LOVED them and instantly wanted the album. The thing is I find my interest in this sort of music wanes - I'm already a bit bored of 'Me And You' after about 20 listens, despite being totally obsessed with the track when I first heard it. 'Promises' on the other hand was nowhere near as instant as the previous two.

With that mind I'm now listening to the album. I am, at the moment, in total love with Doomsday (particularly the first minute or so) but nothing else really grabs me. I think perhaps I need to be drunk, clubbing and surrounded by people and smoke to fully appreciate it. I shall report back with my final opinion in a few days. I think if it maintains anywhere near the level of love I had for 'Me And You', 'Guilt' and 'Doomsday' to begin with and doesn't get old too quickly, it could be an amazing album.

Trying to listen to the whole of 'Symphony 2808' I'm 3:24 into it so far!

I listened to the whole 17 minutes and I'm not impressed tbh -_- It's 1 - too long, 2 - samples their own songs so takes away originality. You gotta give them credit for the idea of working with an orchestra, but it's not that dubsteppy (even they agree - Nero said in an interview the song was meant to be "Dubstep Symphony" but they changed the title afterwards)

Well I got halfway through it, but then I wanted to listen to something else. I definitely heard bits of 'Me & You' in there though! It felt like it would work quite well in a film soundtrack.

Very nice album. Doomsday is very good, and I think the album version of Guilt definitely adds to the radio edit. Same sort of thing with Promises. The album versions are longer, and that's appreciated.

Scorpions is also great. Despite not liking Me & You at first, this is looking to be a very good dance album for me.

The whole album would work quite well in a film soundtrack

Might check this out, seeing as it's getting generally great reception and I loved the singles! Not gonna bother with the 17 minute track though
I loved their 'Symphony'. :( Well, I'm not going to listen to it like mad but that was rather enjoyable. And yes, it sampled 'Me and You', 'Innocence' and 'Promises' - I noticed them. And I liked the drumline in it.

Did not you not see the obvious 'Guilt' sample toward the end of the 'Symphony' :P
