The frustrating thing is that Higher, Ego, Up have all had better sales than most number ones! Up was released during xfactor week where 3 new entries were ahead of them! Up really could have been a number one had it been the lead single! However You can say the exact same for Higher & Ego :(

Oh Jesus! I'd prefer Vato Gonzalez at number 1 than that Jason no rule. :(

Gutted about Hard-Fi flop too.

I can't believe how bad Notorious is flopping :( Probably my favourite Saturday song since Up!

It's not really flopping as it dropped suddenly due to the first batch of sales only from hardcore fans. It's rising now again on iTunes slowly due to increasing airplay and these purchases are from casual fans.

You can really only say a single is a flop after it has practically dropped out of the charts and achieved really bad sales for the artist themselves.

Considering it is a lead single for their new album it is flopping...

However it should rise a bit as you said the airplay is kicking In, but I doubt it will re peak. I just hope it can achieve some decent sales.

Jimmie, Their airplay is awful it's dropping majorly! Promotion starts this week.. Live Lounge tomorrow at 11.30 and Graham Norton on Friday!

Lets just hope they keep climbing on iTunes! It should still sell over 200,000 overall.. More than Missing You.

Jason Derulo at #1 :o

I expected Top 5 at best

It looks like artists who don't do OAOS, have realised that higher chart positions are worth the expense of a bit more pre-release piracy...

I've only been hearing it like once every 2 weeks on the radio until now, but I bet after it gets to #1 I'll be hearing it 5 times a day. :drama:

That's what happened with Price Tag and Someone Like You anyway. Before they were #1, it was very rare I'd hear them on the radio, but then they got to #1 and were everywhere.

I think maybe part of the reason Jason has done so well is that he's living off the success of Ridin' Solo still. It was such an incredible song that I think everybody would be rushing out to see what he has to offer next, so he doesn't really need that much promotion.

09. Vato Gonzales - Badman Riddim

I hardly had to Youtube this, to guess it was going to be yet more rap...

I hope Katy Perry can get top 10 soon to knock LMFAO out. I want to see if Eminem can end up with the longest top 10 run of the decade. He's doing well so far. Like he got 5 weeks longer in the top 10 than Someone Like You, and 4 weeks longer than Price Tag. But LMFAO are on 12 weeks now, so they're getting worryingly close! :o

It looks like Hush Hush has climbed a bit!! :cheer: I genuinely am astounded it hasn't even reached the top 40. :(

You might like this version more :P

It's not at all. You make the same amount of money from every sales regardless of where you peak and if you gain back sales lost to piracy you sell more and make more money. Not to mention the fact that Jason is highly unlikely to actually care where he charts in the UK as he'll probably make more from the songs being a low top 20 hit in the US than from it being #1 here :P

I actually agree with you this time that the rap ruins the song! The rap was just shoehorned on for the release, the original version is (mostly) instrumental.

#046 Chris Brown ft. Justin Bieber 'Next 2 You' :left:

#101 Pitbull 'Pause'

#109 Chase & Status ft. Tinie Tempah 'Hitz'

#188 Pitbull ft. Chris Brown 'International Love'

Does anyone know what position the feeling are at and if is it possible to find out where they would be combined asthey had another version lower down. Thank you.
