Love tonight's episode, especially Fatboy and Denise getting it together :lol:

I thought it was pretty boring. If find the Masood family are pretty boring too.

I LOVE the Masoods and thought tonight was pretty top-notch. This is putting right back at the forefront but in a less OTT way than with Yusuf. It's looking like it'll give Syed and Christian a fittingly dramatic send-off too.

The Yusef storyline, despite lasting forever and being totally OTT, was amazing. At least it got people talking. Apart from the Hev storyline, EE has been so anti-climactic all year. Nothing big is happening.

I agree with that. I just meant that this was bringing the Masoods back to the forefront in a different way. Not everything has to be about fires and death. I like it.

This week has been fantastic. Felt so sorry for Zainab, don't really think she was in the wrong in the slightest and found her pouring her heart out to Masood quite distressing!

Fantastic Lee, really?! EastEnders is so far up shit creek right now. I thought Friday's episode was one of the worst ever. So much shouting and nastiness. It really was a struggle for me not to turn off half way through. I'm starting to hate Masood again.

Has anyone watched Bride and Prejudice? It's hard to take Masood seriously after watching his character in that

I have to agree that I wasn't keen on Friday's episode - I wouldn't go as far as to say it's one of the worst ever, I just don't like how Masood's character always changes whether he likes or dislikes his family. The scriptwriters need some consistency! And of course it's becoming so dull having every storyline involving the characters having no money :zzz:

It's not been great. There've been too many storylines where characters are being dumbed down/completely overreacting just to get to the place the writers want them to be. It's not feeling organic.

Poppy and Fatboy's rap in Tuesday's episode was possibly my highlight of her time on the show! She's now officially a regular too!

Then I hope that character will be able to fill the VOID in the double act that was Poppy and Jodie (not that Poppy alone hasn't been entertaining).

For a show that has often been great at matching brothers or sisters they've not done very well with the Brannings. Max and Jack are believable, though.
