What a shame it is the last ever TOTP tonight & not the last ever JK & Joel Sunday Chartshow countdown?

I knew from hearing Elvis' voice. I knew they wouldn't use him for 2005, and the thought of them going to the 60s (waaay before their apparent limit of 1996) is...well, unthinkable :D

So 2002 it was.

It was easy to work out World Cup this year, go back to 4 years, Elvis was used on the World Cup 2002 Nike commercial

Yeah, but most of the idiots who ring in have no musical knowledge beyond 2001. They can barely cope with 1996, let alone 1982

hmm now that I think of it JK and Joel wouldn't know a thing if it was beyond 2000 so I suppose they have to keep it at their level

Darius? It's been a long time...

Darius - Colourblind = A great tune!

This kept my Coldplay off number 1

To be fair to Darius, he did say that the Coldplay song was better.

I'm not convinced seems Darius's song was better really.

This kept my Coldplay off number 1

He rang Radio 1 when Coldplay were on Lamacq and apologised for it though

That was one Coldplay song that really deserved #1.

Not many artists would do something like that!

OoO :o could it be Paris Hilton

What a great way to start. This Shapeshifters track is balls.

Well he said that them and Travis apparently helped him get the courage turn down Simon Cowell's deal to record covers

Well done Shapeshifters.

Not just downloads, it's been out on physical this week

Shapeshifters & Chic - Sensitivity = This track should have done much better than #40 IMHO.

Then again I've always been a fan of Nile Rodgers work.

Hmmm, this to be fair, isnt a very inspiring record!

I really really hate it, such dull and drab boredom!
