Closer is gorgeous and has such a lovely melody/production, however it could do with being about 2 minutes longer and then it would be perfection.

I like the song, but I just don't see how everyone loves it to bits!

For me it's mainly because it stands out as being much more interesting than the majority of the album. It's the kind of mature pop music I would love her to make.
