So happy to see SFTTR still #14 surely #20 at least come Sunday (#21 yesterday - #23 last week - #25 week before that)

As high as #14 with just radio airplay and continued word of mouth. Just think what boost the music video would have if it was released this weekend. I assume they intend on filming one but the record company should be trying their to maximise this singles potential whilst it high on iTunes. Otherwise 'SFTTR' will have slumped to #40 by the time the video is released and the track would most likely struggle to recover because it was so late after the track became available to buy.

I'd love to see 'SFTTR' get to #1 and it clearly has the potential despite coming an album that's already sold 2.5 million copies in the UK.

I can find the pre-orders easily enough, but how do you sort them by quantity - I see no option to do that, only by 'name', 'featured' or 'release date'?

click 'release date', its not always in order but it shows all the pre-orders at the top of the feed

1

Example Changed the Way You Kiss Me (Radio Edit) 1.000000

2

Beyoncé Best Thing I Never Had 0.984979

3

Jason Derülo Don't Wanna Go Home 0.968393

The Wanted are at #15 with the pre-order for 'Glad You Came' :o

I wonder if that could actually get them a second number 1 - its also getting a lot of radio and TV support, I'd imagine it will be very front-loaded though

Just noticed Turbulence is already top 100! :o :yahoo:

I'd be surprised if it didn't get them a second #1 if it's already #15 on pre-order!

I was shocked eariler to see Example at #2, let alone #1 - which surely has only happened in the past couple of hours. As we're unsure how far away Example and Beyonce were from one another on Friday - it's hard to tell whether Example will be a non-mover at #2 come Sunday; pushing Beyonce to #3.

I'm going to predict

01 (01) Jason Derulo 'Don't Wanna Go Home'

02 (02) Example 'Changed the Way You Kiss Me'

03 (**) Beyonce 'Best Thing I Never Had'

So it's still a pretty good debut for Beyonce after Glastonbury - better than Coldplay did with their headlining closing choice. With a #1 album in the bag, I doubt the #1 single will mean much to her at all - let's just hope [bTINH] can have some longevity within the top 10.

As for next week, I don't think DJ Fresh will debut at #1; much like everyone else seems to think. I will be buying the radio edit in the hope of it getting #1 as opposed to Derulo - but I'm baffled that 'Louder' has done so well in the pre-orders. I think at #2 is what'll happen.

I think it will get #1, and it could have a decent chart-run. It's got wide-spread appeal like 'All Time Low' and is obviously going to be a summer anthem!

BTINH will have very good longevity i'd say as Radio play is just getting started and a video isnt even out yet and it comes straight in at #3 (same week as the album out which is selling well to make it #1! I think when video is out and even more radio play this will have a good chart run.

I know its seriously amazing! They need a video out for it NOW. It'd easily shoot top 10 with a video boost at the least! Its so annoying not even knowing when its coming or if its even been filmed! The communication isnt great.

I said a couple of days ago I hope CTWYKM can grab back #1 next week instead of Fresh, Jason or Beyoncé, but I also said that wasn't going to happen - now it looks like it might if Fresh doesn't turn out to be that big after all :P Hopefully it can be top 2 both tomorrow and next week anyway.

I'm surprised you're still slightly doubting DJ Fresh, you're usually spot on with chart predictions :o I can't see it having anything less than double the pop bar of Example by Monday night! It's an absolutely certain UK #1, especially seeing as whatever's #1 this week is going to do so with 65k at best, probably less.

I do think it'll be #1 now, but only because everyone else seems to be convinced it will be. My gut feeling still says 2 or 3. (I was one of the very few people who predicted Silly Boy to be a massive flop, remember :kink: Although I did vote top 5 in that poll I think, but again only because everyone else seemed convinced it would be massive!)

(By the way, that post wasn't doubting DJ Fresh at all - I said Example could get back #1 if Fresh isn't as big as predicted :P Which is a bit meaningless as DJ Fresh almost certainly will be massive)

Nicki Minaj is closing in on the top 10 now, but she's going to get pushed back down by "Louder" I do feel for her...

201. Marry You - Bruno Mars

I think this might be his next single? If it is, it's definitely his best song yet. I'm not sure how it'll do though, since it's been moderately popular for a very long time now. It even almost made the top 40 a couple of months back I think.

Silly Boy was a bit different, we were predicting weeks in advance and before anybody knew that radio and TV weren't going to support it! Louder is out tomorrow, it's had weeks of pent up demand, been high in iTunes pre-orders for ages and is being released at a time where sales for #1 are at the lowest for the year. Not only do I think DJ Fresh will be an easy #1 but I wouldn't be surprised if it sells more than double the #2 record next week, there's absolutely no contest here whatsoever.

I'm prepared to look like a complete fool if it smashes in at #9 btw

I thought 'Turbulence' featured Lil Jon?

It's a collaboration between Laidback Luke & Steve Aoki (both producers) - with vocals (shouting) from Lil Jon. I've read all over the web that Jon ruins the single, but I think the shouting of 'Turbulence' is the best part.

^ For all those unaware of the song, I'd seriously check it out - it's amazing.

It does. iTunes doesn't always credit the featured artists.
