Laws Of Gravity is a great song. Besides that one I only know three songs. Should be a great edition of Unknown Pleasures!

Has Le Vulker sent the same song to both this and BJSC I wonder? :o

That's what I was wondering.

Also, 25 / The Rumour Said Fire / The Balcony - #1 in Denmark (iirc) in early 2010 and was featured in my CD Swap last year too. I believe it was Brett-Butler who got that compilation.

On a seperate note, my mp3 pack has just downloaded. Excitement!!! :D

And more or less obscurely, BJSC

Edit: yeah that  Anyway looking forward to the first listen through though I probably want do it until after BJSC.

I just was going to say where have I seen that track before FAT HA

A few tracks I've heard like The Balcony and the Dom track, now where have I seen that Dom track before  oooh Ellie and the Oscars  I haven't heard that for a long time. :D
I hate to be a Negative Nancy, but Syntax have had a top 40 hit. 'Pray' reached number 28 in 2003.

We overlooked FOALS. I think we can therefore overlook this! :P

OHSHT i thought the song must not have been in the Top 40, and it wasn't, with any album not reaching the Top 20. Oops.
i havent heard any before. which i deem a great thing. looking forward to listening.
They're not that famous really though - I let something through last time by accident that was on the new release schedule so there's usually something that strictly shouldn't be allowed...

LMFAO @ Pansy Division. The lyrics are FABULOUS.

IT'S A BONER JOURNEY.

I still have the CD single

I'm shocked quite frankly that Shoat didn't enter this GEM:

For a Christian Country & Western song, it is surprisingly passable. Obviously my time in Nebraska has warped my mind slightly.

OMG! Someone entered The Church!

I know about 7 or 8 of these bands although not necessarily the tracks that have been entered.

Well excited!

I've not heard any of the songs or anything by any of the artists/bands before (despite recognising a few of the names). On first listen now and so far so good!

I don't think I can answer that...

HA!

Half way through and this is shaping up to be my favourite edition of UP. Out of 15 tracks I absolutely five and there is only one possible discard which is incredible as I usually struggle to find 12 tracks to vote for.

Just listening to the 16th track and that is my first complete discard though. (and that's the track from BJSC XXXV. Sorry Vulker, didn't like it there and it sticks out like a sore thumb here.)
