well i'm assuming it's zane lowe's "hottest record in the world today" which is normally at 7.30. could you not get overly bitchy about blink's smallest mistakes, they only messed up on facebook statuses and tweets, if you hate them so much now that even a small cock up of getting a time wrong annoys you maybe you shouldn't bother following them anymore?
