And to Karma, I think SceneOfSixCrimes said that it was confirmed to have an 'Ibiza sound' so that suggests a dance record. I am hoping for something like Kelly's 'Commander'.

You still need to specify the country. You get the numbers the same way you get the bars, you just press a different button.
