Pretty enjoyable first episode, really liked the first girl, the kid & the group. Britney wasn't overly interesting.

Downloading it now to watch later, I'm certainly not waiting two weeks!

WOW at the last girl that was on! Such a powerful story and what an emotional performance of 'Who You Are'. I had goosebumps, it was just incredible! And Demi was amazing with her after her performance especially as they seem to have a lot in common! The girl before her - Jannel - was fantastic too! And there was a few more great ones as well!

 

Absolutely great episode, loving the panel! Demi and Britney are brilliant! :heart:

Thought last night was better, the last girl was fantastic (so was Jillian the night before) and I'm really liking the original songs that have been done so far, hopefully we get a few more of them.

Goosebumps! Really felt the pain, wouldnt say it was incredible, but it moved me!

The first audition i've seen so far. You know they love her when they play leona in the background :kink: Will start watching it, but dont enjoy the US version as much as the UK one.

Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez are the hosts, Perez has reported they are about to be officially announced.

 

Um idk what Khloe Kardashian will be like and I'm not overly familar with Mario Lopez... It's a bit odd they just randomly choose Khloe Kardashian but oh well, she can't be worse than Steve Jones :lol:

What awful choices, especially Khloé. What happened to Kevin McHale, he was rumoured at one point and would've been a great fit, having hosted the TCAs with Demi earlier this year. :(

If it gets another season next year I hope they don't change the panel (well, maybe LA) because I think it's working really well, I'm loving Demi so much and her face when that boyband were murdering 'Skyscraper'. My favourites were the girls who sang 'Ain't No Other Man' & 'This Is A Man's World' but I'm loving the 'surprise' auditions, didn't expect the woman who had to be taken off in the ambulance to be so good.

 

Louis wasn't as exciting as I may have hoped but at least they didn't have to use subtitles. :lol:

I actually was very impressed with her in the first episode, with her very blunt comments but over the last three episodes her comments have got blander and she is just copying everything that is said by the others, with a disgusted look on her face like she doesn't want to be there the whole entire time, even when someone good is on. I was so longing for her to be a fantastic judge, but she really hasn't been so far..

I think Britney is doing very well indeed! Her facial expressions are amazing, and I loved the 'I wish you could wake me up in the morning' scenario in episode 3! :lol: And of course the lightning in ep 4! I think she's going to grow and grow throughout the series too, go Brit!! :wub:

 

Demi is fantastic too, she's brilliant! Still loving her banter with Simon, amazing! :heart:

The 'Britney scared by lightning' video has just been on repeat for all yesterday evening - haven't even been watching the show, but that's just amazing.

Her comments are only hers, don't remember any moment where she just copied comments of others judges. Her facial expressions are priceless, when someone is bad everyone has that eww face not only Britney.

She really needs a better make up artist.

 

I'm finding Britney so hit and miss. Sometimes she's really into it and others she looks bored as f***. She doesn't really say much either compared to the other 3.

 

Demi really is my favourite judge by a clear mile. I thought she'd be useless because of her age but she's so charismatic. I love it.

 

And lol @ that lightning strike reaction. But more importantly, that whole episode was SO badly edited. With all the fake 'lights going off while someone's on stage' bits it was so off putting, and the fake thunder noises added... So tacky.

shame on me :(
