Mr. Know It All is climbing fast now... I was a bit worried yesterday.

Go, Kelly!

Does anyone know where JoJo's new track is?

Set Fire To The Rain #34  Incredible! :D And really happy SLY is still #1! Wonder if it can make #1 officially..

SLY #1 officially! Amazing!

Yoü and I made it to #6 on Billboard, but Cheers still isn't top 10. :o Love On Top debuted at #20, not bad for an album track at all.

Love on Top charted higher than Run the World then, and it's not even a single! :o

Congrats to Adele! That's amazing!

Kelly's taking a while to get to #1 (if she does at all :o)

Doubt she will, Adele will hold her off for a LONG time unless something drastic happens.

Kellys track isn't as good as her previous lead singles as well. I doubt it will go #1 at all.

Adele still #1 with a big lead on iTunes and #1 on Hot 100 :D SLY is already in the radio top 20, so hopefully it can repeat the massive airplay RITD got and get the sales longevity as well to be a second long runner at #1 for her on the H100 :D

What was the last proper ballad to go to #1 on the Hot 100? I'm sure it doesn't happen too often.

This is usually where we get into an arguement about what a ballad is. Probably a song that everybody will agree with is Bleeding Love in 2008, although there's a few #1s since then that I think of to be ballads.

This is why I said 'proper' ballad.

Yeah, it probably is Bleeding Love. Over 3 years! Although even BL is more of an R&B ballad than a 'traditional' one really.

I really don't get the American chart dating system, how come we are already on the chart dated 17 September? Anyway, yes she is #1, and:

"Rolling In The Deep" tops the 5 million mark in digital sales this week. It's the first song to sell 5 million digital copies in a calendar year. It streaked to 5 million in just 35 weeks, faster than any other song in digital history. The old record was held by the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling," which topped the 5 million mark in its 36th week.

Very impressive!

The last British artist to have 2 #1 singles in one calendar year was Fine Young Cannibals in 1989. :o

I think i'm as amazed for Set Fire To The Rain being #27!!
