True that, why doesn't that apply to Gaga though :(

That applies to the UK more than the USA - for example look at 'Fly' flopping on its arse in the USA while it's gone top 20 here. And 'Who's That Chick?' did the same. And California King Bed.

Fly is doing well on radio though and if I remember correctly Who's That Chick was pulled off radio because there was a Rihanna overload. Only Cali King Bed really flopped.

Doing well on radio is very different from selling. Fair enough about WTC? I guess. (Or maybe they wouldn't play it because it has the same initials as World Trade Centre )

 5. Princess of China - Coldplay & Rihanna

:w00t: Doing unbelievably well, I wish it could be doing this in the UK as well :( Hopefully this can go top 10 on Digital Songs although I don't know if the date of its release will work in its favour for that or not. IIRC Paradise was also released on the Monday and that ended up with a pretty decent debut on Digital so I think it may do. Could potentially get a similar Hot 100 debut to ETIAW and Paradise as well but hopefully POC should actually get some airplay and go top 10. :D

Well it's #33 on iTunes! Not smashing but I can see it maybe going top 20 in the end like Your Love and Moment 4 Life. Which wouldn't be too bad.

I'm going to check to see if Princess Of China lives up to its hype :P

EDIT: YouTube has all these weird versions, I'm going to wait until VEVO or one of their official channel uploads it :P

I think Lady Gaga has a more consistent hit rate than Rihanna. I mean, as has already been mentioned, Man Down and California King Bed were released as singles in the US, and did quite poorly (more poorly than any Lady Gaga song has ever done) tbh (although the fact that they were promoted at the same time may've had a bit to do with that).

And in the UK, for example, one of Rihanna's singles from Rated R (Hard) even missed the top 40! Lady Gaga hasn't quite had that happen to her yet.

A couple songs that are making me very happy:

5. Princess of China - Coldplay feat. Rihanna (YES! :D )

12. 5 O'Clock - T-Pain feat. Lily Allen & Wiz Khalifa

13. Good Feeling - Flo Rida (should be feat. Avicii <_< )

23. Sweat - Bow Wow feat. Lil Wayne (shockingly good, haven't heard a Bow Wow song this good since Outta My System!)

24. Dance (A$$) [Remix feat. Nicki Minaj] - Big Sean (YESSSSS! Love this song, can't believe it's this high  )

49. The One That Got Away - Katy Perry (boost Katy!!)

52. Criminal - Britney Spears (also boost!)

57. Lessons in Love - Kaskade feat. Neon Trees (VERY good song, can't see it going much higher, though)

66. Dance (A$$) - Big Sean (this has to be close to top 20 officially next week, new highest peak for Sean?)

85. Marvin's Room - Drake (pleased by this song's quiet longevity, should have some pretty high sales by now)

179. Danza Kuduro - Don Omar & Lucenzo ( :kink: still love this)

I'm surprised at the success of T-Pain's newie! :o

Same, it's like the country forgot all about the floptastic Take Your Shirt Off, Reverse Cowgirl, and the other flop that I honestly can't remember.

Princess of China up to #4!

Princess Of China very close to #3 :D I don't think it'll go any higher than that (for now at least) but that's matching the US iTunes peaks of 'Christmas Lights' and 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' which is still great.

Rolling In The Deep now down to #33, looks like its top 20 reign is over for the time being (although it's bound to re-enter around the time of 2012's awards ceremonies - the number of awards Adele is going to pick up/be nominated for for this era :o)

Do we have that predictions sales thing for the US albums yet? I'm intrigued to see what both Coldplay and Kelly are heading for. I'm expecting/hoping for at least something around 75k for Kelly!

Latest Digital Songs chart top 10:

1 Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris - We Found Love 231k (up 33%)

2 LMFAO - Sexy And I Know It 206k (up 1%)

3 Adele - Someone Like You 173k (down 16%)

4 Drake feat. Nicki Minaj - Make Me Proud 166k (up 607%)

5 Justin Bieber - Mistletoe 164k (new)

6 Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks 152k (down 13%)

7 Maroon 5 feat. Christina Aguilera - Moves Like Jagger 141k (down 15%)

8 David Guetta feat. Usher - Without You 125k (down 3%)

9 Gym Class Heroes feat. Adam Levine - Stereo Hearts 125k (down 8%)

10 Coldplay - Paradise 109k (up 100%)

Paradise top 10 and doubling its sales week-on-week :dancing: I hope it can stay above 0 sales next week

Someone Like You and Pumped Up Kicks starting to fall a bit more rapidly now - not particularly happy to see SLY have a bigger % drop than MLJ.

Rihanna is 58k ahead of Adele - probably not enough to be #1 on the H100. Maybe next week though?

It's only 1% more than MLJ :P

Looks like Rihanna will get ANOTHER #1 up her sleeves.

Which will be her 11th #1 :o Then hopefully a 12th with 'Princess Of China' at some point :kink:

I wouldn't be surprised if she beats The Beatles' record of 20 Hot 100 #1s a few years down the line, unless she dies really young or something...

Oh you never know, I don't think she'll die THAT young though :P

It seems the UK has aswell!!! :o :o I heard it on the radio today! It's the first time I've heard T-Pain on day-time mainstream radio in soooooo long. I'm sure Lily Allen is the reason it's getting played, since she's really popular here.

You're right, Rihanna will be #2 on the Hot 100 tomorrow behind Adele (her fifth week at the top). She's more or less guaranteed #1 next week though...

Only a year ago Calvin Harris described himself as "a guy from UK not many people have heard of" and soon he'll share a US #1...

Only because he produced Rihanna's track.

Without Rihanna, Calvin Harris would still be "a guy from UK not many people have heard of" :P
