She's filmed a video and it premieres on MTV this Thursday:

An actual real video for Someone Like You?! SURELY FAKE.

I wonder if UK channels will play this now instead of the BRITs version, not like that had much video play anyway.

5. Strange Clouds - B.o.B. feat. Lil Wayne

SHE'S ACTUALLY FILMED A VIDEO! :w00t:

Cant believe it now get filming for SFTTR, i bet it'll be the most simple video ever, thats all it needs, so wont exactly take really long! It'd just be nice for a video :heehee: at least SLY has one now :o

A music video will really help Someone Like You in the US. A good time to release the video (from their perspective).

Although I'm not looking forward to all the "Adele is so special. She doesn't have to show her breasts in her music videos. No flashing lights, just her voice. This is REAL music" talk that'll inevitably come whenever someone discusses the video. :drama:

Is the B.O.B track from a new album?

It's new, for his next album I believe! Up to #2 now. Such a tune!!!!

Also, there appears to be new songs from Bruno Mars and Jason Derulo.

Ah, B.o.B doing well on release. I had a funny feeling he'd be a one album wonder, glad it's not looking like that so far though. I wonder how well he'll do in the UK, his album really underperformed (it's damn good as well) so he might be struggling. I really, really want him to collaborate with Tinie Tempah. Would cement both their careers on BOTH sides of the Atlantic, Tinie seems to have stagnated a bit recently.

'Strange Clouds'? Is this song about marijuana by any chance?

Lil Wayne in 'going straight to the top 2 on iTunes' SHOCKER.

I still think B.O.B's 'Ghost In The Machine' is one of the best songs i've heard all year.

Great song, one of the highlights of the album (admittedly an album that's now 18 months old ) and really good live.

I think that's what they were hoping to do with Till I'm Gone, but that underperformed in the UK imo, and I don't know what's happened with it in the US (it's either flopped, they haven't started promoting it properly yet or they've changed their mind about the single).

Tinie/B.o.B collab would be AWESOME. Quite a lot of people seem to want one.

Yes. If ever in doubt about what a rap song means, just guess at that. He's probably annoyed since a lot of people think he doesn't do weed, since he didn't mention it in any of his big singles from his last album (although he actually DID in Magic, but it was quite subtle).

"'Till I'm Gone" only made #90 over there so I'm guessing they did shite all to promote it. With B.o.B and Tinie I can imagine them doing a song called "Face / Off" or something similar, maybe sounding like the intro on "Disc-Overy".

On another note, the Bruno song from the Breaking Dawn soundtrack sounds very James Morrison-esque in parts! :o

Everybody seems to love that song. :D Yeah, it's soooo good.

My favourite from the album is Airplanes, Part II (just incase anybody didn't know, despite the fact that I rave about it all the time ). I love the piano beat in it, and the lyrics are just so motivational imo.

I love Intro so much! They should just do a remix of that together. The song is so short, so they could just use the original beat and make it into a full-length song.

Maroon 5 are down to 86.3% - hopefully that's their reign at #1 over then :D B.o.B & Lil Wayne on 90.7%.

Glee songs seem to be flopping again. I hope it stays like this for the whole series.

I loved B.o.B's debut. 'Strange Clouds' doesn't seem as good right now, but it's a lot better then some track called 'Epic' that he put online a couple of weeks ago.

The three songs from this week were all from musicals/Broadway shows I think. Next week they're doing 'Run The World (Girls)' & 'Fix You' which I'd say will do a bit better as they are more 'popular music' if you get me.

Are Run the World and Fix You the only songs they're doing next week, or are there others? I have to say, I'm quite interested to hear what Run the World sounds like. And the production aswell, since I assume the Glee Cast producers will either have to remake the beat or make something completely different.

Also:

Cool [West Side Story]

Spotlight [Jennifer Hudson?]

It's All Over

Out Here On My Own [Fame]

Right now I wouldn't expect them to do as well as 'Fix You' & 'Run The World (Girls)', although I know the original didn't do great for Beyoncé.

Rolling In The Deep is still at #19. Fantastic longevity. Hope to see it pass 6 million in the long run.

I'd say "Fix You" and "Spotlight" will do well, they're more Glee-ish than "Run the World".
