its also in the top 100 Itunes albums on pre-orders alone, I know this doesn't always guarantee a number 1 but it certainly helps, and its above Leona's single there

I am a big fan of pop music but I cannot see why Pixie is so popular. To me she has no star quality and her new single is average at best. Its like pop songs that were being released a few years ago. Nothing new or original or interesting anymore.

I'd like it to go like this:

1. Leona

2. Maroon 5

3. The Saturdays (missing No.1 again  )

4. Pixie Lott

5. Example

Should get some advanced popularity data tonight as they all go on Irish Itunes.

In fact the last couple of weeks has gone against it...

Emeli Sande went in at number 2 yet was higher than Wretch on the EP Pre order

Example looks set to bet Ed Sheeran; despite being lower on the EP pre-order thing.

I don't live in the UK anymore so I don't know what exposure these tracks have had but...

The Saturday's "All Fired Up" is their BEST EVER single in my opinion & I'll definately be buying it.

Pixie's I've played a few times but wouldn't be able to hum it to anyone

Leona's is classy & very modern, her voice could click with a lot of people and sales could ensue.

The Sugababes are absolutely f00ked!

I think Pixie has the best chance of getting #1 or highest new entry, her song really has a catchy chorus and the best of the tree for me, Saturdays is ok and is bound to get top 5 but I'm not sure about Leona, I don't like the chorus and I find her very shouty on it, the rest of it's ok though but I don't like it much. It's her comeback single so will probably outsell the rest.

I think Pixie has the best chance of #1 given her exposure in the last 6/7 weeks, but who knows at this stage?

Whatever happens, the iTunes thread is going into meltdown on Sunday/Monday/rest of the week

I guess its good the SB have pulled out we would probably be up to thread 5 or something coem next friday - Lee will probably be in overdrive posting Sats/ Pixie chart news!

I think all 3 of the above aren't going to sustain throughout the week - would be funny to see MLJ be a surprise Number 1

Snow patrol are thrashing both on pre orders.

I would say it's between now: Pixie (plenty of airplay and a catchy song and she's still popular) and either of Snow Patrol (comeback)/Saturdays (Gold may be in sight) and Example (could do two weeks).

Leona now......I can see her missing the top 10! I even think Melanie C has a better crack of finishing higher than her. Leona has been forgotten about, and I think she'll be on the pop scrapheap unless she ditches Syco and goes it alone and totally revamps herself.

Leona's forgotten about? Her video for 'Collide' has had nearly 3 million views in 4 days... And shes performing on Red or Black on saturday! Wouldn't say that's someone who's been ''Forgotten' about!

I hope Pixie.

Babes will struggle to reach top 10, they have minimal tv/radio exposure.

I hope leona flops :)

Sugababes are out on 26th September now anyway  This poll was created when the release date for Freedom was down for 4th September and they actually had a chance - now they have in fact been moved back, and have still had hardly any airplay/promo so indeed f00ked! They're just f00ked on a different week than planned.

I assume you are being sarcastic because this has to be the stupidest thing ive read on here in a long time. Melanie Cs last song to even get in the UK chart only got to number 94 and I would be suprised if her new one even got in the top 20, maybe even top 40

Tell me about it, I will be stressed, Why do we have to have Pixie vs Saturdays :(. Part of me wants Saturdays to get to number one, but the other part wants Pixie. I really don't think Leona will bother the top 3, I think she's more of an album artist and I can see Collide going at #6 (If she promotes more than just Red Or Black) then she might get top #3 who knows.

This tbh!

TAI has had minor airplay (I saw it at about 93ish at the highest on the rolling airplay updates) and will be lucky to scrape top 40. Leona has a high profile performance on a HUGE new ITV show (Red Or Black)on Saturday which, being the premiere, is likely to get 6/7 million viewers, even if figures drop after that night. Pixie is performing on Sunday though and being out the same day has an advantage, even if viewing figures drop - and that's on top of her amazing airplay. Also, Jessie J is performing Who's Laughing Now one of the nights and I think JLS are on (they'll probably sing She Makes Me Wanna).

Actually TVscoop have now said the only confirmed artist is Leona for Saturday night. Pixie is also definitely on but they don't know what night. Might be towards the end of the week. One direction are on the following Saturday.

Thanks for that info!

Pixie will probably have an advantage though, as whichever night she is on she will be available for purchase but Leona won't be for a few hours until it's released at midnight. In fact, Pixie being later in the week would be good for her, as she'll likely slip a bit popbars wise and will probably need the boost.

Pixie's performing on Sunday, she's confirmed that's actually a massive advantage for her.

However can we remember that Pixie has no physicals on her side and Saturdays have tons of physicals.
