Kaiser Chiefs three entries almost all crash out but not quite. After almost going out last year Rachel Stevens does this year by the narrowest of margins. 35 - 16 Kelly Osbourne 'One Word' 105 (higher highest scores) 34 - NE Kaiser Chiefs 'Everyday I Love You Less And Less' 106 33 - 38 Coldplay 'Speed of Sound' 108 32 - NE 2Pac ft. Kelly Clarkson is unbelivably unlucky in finishing 12th and 11th, especially as THREE songs all finished just one point ahead of 'Because of You'! 10 - 10 Amerie '1 Thing' 216 09 - 18 Chemical Brothers 'Galvanize' 216 08 - 08 Gorillaz 'Feel Good Inc.' 216 07 - 01 Sugababes 'Push the Button' 223 06 - 06 Killers 'Somebody Told Me' 231 05 - 23 Arcade Fire 'Rebellion (Lies)' 237 04 - 04 Arctic Monkeys 'I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor' 242 So Kelly and Gwen are replaced in the top 10 by Chemical Brothers (surprised but pleased by this) and Arcade Fire whose 'Rebellion (Lies)' finishes in the top 5! :D Sugababes take a significant tumble, Amerie, Gorillaz and The Killers all finish in similar/same positions as last year, as do Arctic Monkeys who finish just outside automatic qualification to the final for the second successive year, but realistically they were never going to catch these three who had a healthy lead throughout.... 03 - 02 Kelly Clarkson 'Since U Been Gone' 265 02 - 07 Girls Aloud 'Biology' 277 01 - 03 Madonna 'Hung Up' 293
August 13, 201113 yr STELLAR top 3, seriously  BUT The two Kelly songs (my top 2 :() miss out to bloody Gorillaz, Arcade Fire, ARCTIC MONKEYS (:puke:) and Chemical Brothers :( NOT HAPPY BUZZJACK! And Mumu's best track stuck in 15th! PCD, J-Lo and Ciara too low for my liking as well. The amazing top 3 just about makes up for it though!
August 13, 201113 yr Yes for The Chemical Brothers :cheer: I am no fan of them but that song is up there with my all time favourites. When they released 'Do It Again 'I was so disappointed to find out The Chemical Brothers were actually some producers and not them rappers in 'Galvanise' (having said that I do love 'Hey Boy Hey Girl' and 'Do It Again') The top 3 is great too - 'Biology' is so underrated as a GA track it's one of my faves, and Hung Up is simply amazing (I wish Madonna could do another great comeback but it's unlikely :()
August 14, 201113 yr Crap, I forgot to vote in this round and 2006  I doubt my votes would have changed anything anyway though. The Chemical Brothers and Arcade Fire :cheer:
August 15, 201113 yr Good results on the whole, even though I didn't vote, predictable top 3, but Arctics, Chem Bros, Killers and Gorillaz in the top 10 pleases me :D nice to see The Bravery, Stereophonics and (of course) Coldplay x2 doing well as well
