August 10, 201114 yr Pixie Lott - All About Tonight is destined to be number one, It will have another week on A-List compared to The Saturdays & Leona Lewis. Radio 1 have snubbed Nicole Scherzinger - Wet :(
August 10, 201114 yr Yay Leona. :) Surprised Cher hasn't been bumped to A-List. Maybe it's not getting great listener feedback despite being #1.
August 10, 201114 yr OMFG "Arlandria"'s being released. Amazing choice, hopefully this can be the song to get them back in the top 40.
August 10, 201114 yr Christina :w00t: I care for nothing else, just glad JOH has been added and it should be even bigger now :D
August 10, 201114 yr Yay for Ed, Olly, Pixie, Jessie, Leona, Katy and especially Christina and The Saturdays  Shocked to see Kreayshawn on the 1-Upfront list (but pleased) :o Edited August 10, 201114 yr by Liаm
August 10, 201114 yr Great to see Leona, Christina and Sats playlisted! :D Haven't heard that Ms Dynamite song yet either, wonder if it's any good ...
August 10, 201114 yr Surprised Cher hasn't been bumped to A-List. Maybe it's not getting great listener feedback despite being #1.Well. We all know that haha. I honestly thought it'd be removed this week (along with 'Super Bass'! :D) My two favourite singles of the year are still there, so I ain't complaining :D Woo for Leona and The Sats though. Although I think Leona could get pulled soon, depending on the trial on Tuesday. Bruno and Jessie up to B is pleasing too. Olly and Ed up to A. With Christina Perri going straight into the B-List! Good week! Hopefully Christina will hold up better on iTunes now and get a decent peak inside the top 5 overall.
August 10, 201114 yr Great to see Leona, Christina and Sats playlisted! :D Haven't heard that Ms Dynamite song yet either, wonder if it's any good ... It's not :( It's OK but it's a bit crap in honesty.
August 10, 201114 yr Ed, Example, Olly and Tinie on the A-List :D How typical Christina would go straight to the B-List - I thought that either that would happen or they'd ignore it completely. Not particularly interested in any of the additions but good to see All Fired Up on there I suppose, I half-expected them to start snubbing The Sats. I'm sure they'll start to get snubbed before long though. Oh and the Ms. Dynamite song is pretty good, hopefully it'll be a hit for her, still doesn't beat 'Wile Out' as the best 'new' Ms. Dynamite song though. Looks like R1 are back to snubbing Pitbull and Give Me Everything was just a one-off because of its huge success... damn. 'Rain Over Me' is actually pretty good. Slightly worrying there's no sign of 'Wet' yet, it's by far Nicole's best single. I'm sure they will playlist it in the coming weeks though, they supported the last 3 singles well and all of them were big. And it's looking like 'Wet' will be big as well. Very surprised at them adding Leona, for one we don't even know for sure that it'll be allowed to be released and for two I thought they'd snub her now anyway. Edited August 10, 201114 yr by Bré
August 10, 201114 yr Adele's 'Set Fire to the Rain' removal is by far the best thing about this playlist update. I was really enjoying the song before R1 sought to A-list it and play it to near death. Great to see Leona playlisted though - hopefully Sugababes, Pitbull and Nicole can all make the playlist next week.
August 10, 201114 yr Really happy with the new additions, hopefully Sugababes and Nicole Scherzinger will be added in the coming weeks :D
August 10, 201114 yr I'd say this makes it more likely Syco are going to win next Tuesday. Two Wounded Birds put on their Facebook they've been added to Radio 1 playlist, but they're not in the OP?
August 10, 201114 yr I'm amazed to see how Ms Dynamite has miraculously became relevant again, all you need is to feature on a current artist's hit single and you're away. Maybe that's what Sophie Ellis-Bextor needs to do. As for Leona, I think Radio 1 must have it on good authority the release is actually going ahead. Surprised Cher hasn't been bumped to A-List. Maybe it's not getting great listener feedback despite being #1. Wouldn't they have done that last week if they were going to? It's extremely rare they bump stuff up afer its official release...
