I'd like Ed Sheeran to get #1 personally. I think he has a good chance. He should have massive first-week sales after The A Team's popularity.

David Guetta/Jennifer Hudson up to #60. I hope it managed to cling on to the top 40 this week.

Hopefully Ed will do it, his song is so much better than Examples and the video is really good to.

You're kidding, right??

All it is, is a guy miming to Ed's rap...

I'd prefer Ed Sheeran to get the #1 Example has already hogged the top spot for 2 weeks, plus CTWYKM is a lot better than Stay Awake.

It seems pretty close between the 2 acts.

There still a long way to go yet, and Olly was #1 this time last week I think

He's not miming, he's doing the lyrics in sign language, it's a great simple idea.

Miming seriously when he does not open his mouth and his lips dont move-HOW.Are you not the one who thought the young guy using sign language was a featured artist.

I shall say no more. :P

218. You Need Me, I Don't Need You (Live Ustream Version) - Ed Sheeran- should be number 1.

You're missing the point - which was that someone praised the 'great' video, when there was actually *nothing* to the video whatsoever...

An unusual idea, definitely - but if you couldn't hear a song, why not just visit a lyrics website?

Im bored of all these crap flash in the pan number 1s.
Im glad Jar of Hearts is still holding strong
Come on Example! Please stop that awful Ed song getting to #1! :cheer:
Well I for one am absolutely gobsmacked at Cover Drive already top 30 on iTunes. It's such a non event of a song that it amazes something like this can be successful. It'll be long forgotton in 3 months time - a bit like 'Don't Go' by Wretch 32 (officially the least deserving no. 1 of 2011 so far imhumbleo). :(

The video is unique, its different. I think its a bloody brilliant personally.

I also agree with those who think the video to 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' is unique. Just because it doesn't feature Ed singing along to the song means nothing - it's actually quite refresing to have a music video based around sign language.

I can't say i'm keen on either of the potential #1's this week. 'Stay Awake' is okay but not Example's best work, and I really don't get the fuss around Ed Sheeran. At least we have a proper chart battle, though.

I think Example will be #1 this week, and then Ed next week (with both albums being released and both singles probably getting a boost from cherry picking).

I haven't seen much buzz for All About Tonight myself. I'm just judging it on its airplay at the mo 'cause only 1 person on my Facebook has posted it.
