i dont mind steps in the slightest.

that said i cant see how their music style is going to sell in the charts today. of course their back catalogue will sell whether thats nostalgia etc but i cant imagine steps releasing a contempory pop song that would sell thousands in the UK and chart respectfully next to the artists of this generation of music.

There were single versions of both tracks that were split between CD1 & CD2 of the single release. The single version of Here And Now made it onto Gold, but as far as I'm aware, the single version (or "The Pardon Mix") of You'll Be Sorry only exists on the CD single.

Sadly, the intern who put TUC together decided to put the inferior album versions of both tracks on it :(

Oh, Well I actually really love the version of Here and Now that appears on TUC, the note that Claire does from 3:06 to 3:11 is just

I like here and now but its not a stand out for me, on about singles what do you think is steps most under rated single?
After The Love Has Gone, I think. It's not a single of theirs I see people refer to very much.
Their most under rated single is definitely, 'After the Love Has Gone' for me also. It seems to be the only one that should be talked about, that doesn't get talked about often enough. Everything else is hyped/talked about perfectly I think! (It's quite strange - does anyone else get what I mean?)
Ya i know what your saying, for i dont mind after the love has gone but its just missing something, like an extra beat or something.
I feel like When I Said Goodbye was pretty underrated too, Summer Of Love overshadowed it
Rumours are circulating about Steps doing Eurovision 2012 for United Kingdom. I hope this is not true, also did Faye not say she does not like Eurovision and would not want to go down that route at all.
That would be quite good, as long as it's accompanied by an album which is released on Eurovision week.
I was sure they said they didn't want to do it? I'm really not sure it would be the right thing now, unless they had a really good new sound and hopefully didn't have to dance too much. I don't understand how it would fit with their touring schedule though.
Does anyone remember 'STEPS to the stars' or whatever their CBBC talent show was?! It made interesting Friday afternoon telly.

Yep, they used to do a performance at the end of every show - the only reason I tuned in!

Danny from Mcfly entered it with his Sister and best mate (at the time) they formed Y2K! HA!

His sister has a very good voice though! :o

I would love to know did Steps make much money from Steps, i know s club 7 always said they never made much but from what steps have said they seemed to have done well out of steps money wise first time round.

Anyone know if they have any further promo lined up?

They're performing on Children In Need next Friday.
