I can see 1D being incredibly front-loaded, their lead already isn't stretching much! They might do 200k this week but they will have a huge slump next week. And then... well, it will depend on the song's merit, i.e. if it will be liked by the general public.
Okay, it may be front loaded, doesnt take away from what they are doing right now, its mahoosive! (I actually doubt it'll be front loaded anyway, ofcourse whatever its sales this week it wont repeat next week, but wouldnt expect it too.)

its a decent pop song but a release around 1st september would have meant it not being as front loaded as i think it will be!!

It's weird how everyone assumed Saturdays would do the worst out of all three of them, despite slipping and Leona looking likely off overtaking them they have remained incredibly stable and should overtake Pixie Lott soon also, It's going to be sad to see Pixie go from 1-5 :( but The thought of Saturdays doing 3-3 makes me happy.

Omg at One Direction.......

Love the song so... :P

I think Pixie will stay ahead of The Saturdays this week again tbh.

Hmmm I don't think so, the gap's less than 9% and she's decreasing majorly, I would say The Saturdays back up to #3 tomorrow.

9% gap could still be a large lead tho, as this is compared to the (likely) massive sales of One Direction! wouldnt be surprised if pixie stayed above the sats even whilst continuing to decrease.

Pixie isn't falling THAT fast. Pixie will be ahead of The Saturdays this week I think.

It looks like the OA/OS tactic is worse than holding the release back by a little once there's some airplay before releasing it. All Fired Up makes Notorious looked liked it was a total flop tbh. -_-

No, everything is much closer because of 1D. Earlier in the day someone calculated it with another method that showed Pixie having a 28% lead IIRC but it could have fallen since then.

Hit the nail on the head there. I still think it will be close between the Saturdays and Pixie.

It depends. Issues was a big hit, and peaked high for The Saturdays even though they didn't hold it back. Its chart run was: 55-44-36-27-6-4-5-9-12-16-26-27-32-35-39-58-75-74

But I agree in this case with All Fired up.

Issues was a post-album single though. How could they of held that back?

I said they didn't hold it back.
