Overlooking the fact that you rank Ten above LTBL for a second, Safer is more of an underrated Gem where as Defender would have been much better known on a forum like Buzzjack and I wanted to give people who may have only heard Sweet About Me and On A Mission a chance to hear something really different.

You prefer LTBL? :o

I have you to thank for putting me on to that track!

I've been meaning to get that, Le Onde is a good album. Very nice and relaxing.

Happy to help! I know every word to that song  Some Hearts is still one of my all time top ten favourite albums, incredible for a reality winner's debut.

You prefer LTBL? :o

As do I actually, I always found Ten so overhyped on here. It has its highlights but I haven't returned to it since it since about a month after it came out, I always return to Lessons To Be Learned, there's more filler but the killer is better than its equivalent on Ten for me personally.

Yes, but there isn't much in it. Both are very strong but I've seen most of LTBL live and I feel more of a connection to it. Plus the Live & Acoustic EP helps, as does the fact I bought it early in my Aussie adventure and it reminds me a lot of the time I spent there.

I find it to be glorious to sing along to in the car.

Don't Wanna Go To Bed and Got No Place To Go

Save The Lies aside I don't think I've listened to anything off LTBL in about 2 years, it left me almost totally cold. Ten on the other hand is all killer no filler, by far my favourite album of last year. I listened to it for the first time in a few months this week and it was just as fresh as I remember it being the first time.

I've listened to LTBL more recently than Ten. While Ten does have some standout tracks and the quality is high, I just don't seem to have the desire to revisit it as frequently.

Stalking this forum as usual  , but I had to break my silence to commend John on the inclusion of Vienna Teng, it's a rare thing to come across another fan of hers! Inland Territory (the album 'Antebellum' is on) is superb, but Warm Strangers is really her magnum opus, some absolutely glorious moments of music on there that I'm always sad more people haven't heard.

And touching on Gabriella - always appalled 'Don't Wanna Go To Bed Now' was never a UK single, easily the finest track on her debut (I'd say ever had I not adopted On A Mission as my personal anthem).

This one is mine :D

Winning, Charlie Sheen Style - review

1. 9/10

Wow! This seems to be a mash-up of several songs (I can hear Dev, Katy Perry and Beyoncé) and is actually really good! The Katy Perry part is a bit jarring I think, but the chorus is great! Easily the highlight of the CD.

Marc Johnce 'I Want All Girls (Who Run the World)' - I discovered this gem via Buzzjack in the "Discuss what you're listening to thread" and it features (quite heavily) one of my BJSC entries (Kat Graham 'I Want It All') so I just had to include it on here. He has a channel on youtube, so if you liked this, he does plenty more mash-ups and does his own site where you can download the mp3's for free.

2. 8/10

This sounds pretty Scouting for Girls-esque, so it might be them? Well, it's better than anything else I've heard by them if so, though that may be down to not knowing it's them.

Scouting For Girls 'On the Radio' - Yes it's SFG! Kudos for getting the right band. I chose this song as I am a fan of SFG and wanted to prove they're not as bad as most people like to think they are. I think this is quite different for them and is easily the best track from their new(est) album.

3. 7/10

The verses here a bit boring and it's a bit repetitive. The vocals make up for it though, particularly in the chorus, lifts the song up a level.

Alexandra Burke 'Turbulence' - Up next is Buzzjack's second favourite X Factor winner, Alexandra Burke. I have sent her to BJSC before, with another (superior) demo of hers, 'The Map'. But I personally felt this was strong enough to get discovered too. So I decided to put it on this CD.

4. 7/10

This sounds familiar for some reason, but can't place it. The verses for this too are a bit boring, but I do like the chorus, and the melody's quite good.

N-Dubz feat. Lady NY 'Love Sick' - The best song that credits N-Dubz. I very nearly sent it to BJSC at one stage. It's a bit silly though, they should have just named it Tulisafeat. Lady NY instead. Or at least saved it for her own solo album or something. I just had to get this out and show people that N-Dubz are more than what they like people to believe they are. (i.e. a hip-hop group who only rap!)

5. 8/10

I really like this - I think the verses lead into the chorus well, and it's got a good melody for a simple pop song - I actually think I'd like to hear more of whoever this is by!

Wish 'If I Ain't the Girl' - Another song that I very nearly sent to the contest. I can't think of what I sent in place of it, but it must have been better haha. I discovered Wish by just randomly seeing her "Wishtape" on some blog and I fell in love with this track.

6. 5/10

Not as bad as I feared based on the opening, but a bit too pop-by-numbers (and it's a male vocal) for moi. That and a bit repetative. It's similar lyrically to Irreplaceable, which I couldn't help comparing it to; and Beyoncé's far better.

Taio Cruz 'Replaceable' - Another demo track. I like to think of this as the answer back/male version of 'Irreplaceable' by Beyoyo. They really are that similar haha. But I love Taio Cruz and I love this song quite a bit. I hope he finishes it up a bit and ads it to his new album. I think it'd be another hit for him. It's a change from his RnB/Club banger singles

7. 6/10

Ooh, some strings! Another male vocal, but better than the last. The verses are pretty boring, but the chorus is all right.

David Jassy 'Exit' - I feel really shit for adding this guy as he is a known convict in Norway, but it's a very talented producer and much like Taio Cruz, David Jassy. I very nearly sent this to BJSC one contest, but then Gooddelta found a link that showed he was involved in a hit and run incident or something and he said something stupid (I think he was accepting of it or something :drama:) but I'm a sucker for a song with a strong hook and this has it!

8. 3/10

The opening sounds a bit familiar, but that's the only bit I liked I'm afraid. The vocals sound just horrible, and the melody isn't that good either, and doesn't make up for it sadly

Yes Giantess 'You Were Young' - I included this as a bit of variety, but not too different that it wouldn't fit on this CD. I nearly sent this to one of my first contests I took part in. The thing that stopped me was I couldn't find it on MP3/youtube for AGES! (I discovered it via Myspace). Shame really as I THINK I preferred it to the song I ended up sending...

9. 7/10

This is quite good, nice to be off the male vocals! A bit simple maybe, and pop-by-numbers as well, but still nice enough.

Christina Grimmie 'Advice' - Up next we have Christina Grimmie, she's one of those "youtube sensations" and she has a pretty big following on youtube and the likes. She's extremely talented but I do agree with what you said about it being a bit "simple and pop-by-numbers" but I think that's what I found so charming about it.

10. 8/10

This is another male vocal, but far better than the previous two. He sounds pretty familar, and the song's actually quite good too! Probably my second favourite actually.

Sam Tsui 'Start Again' - It's another "youtube sensation" and it's my favourite of them. I discovered Sam as I saw his rendition of Leona's version of 'Run'. I was blown away! This was one of his and Kurt's (his producer friend - the youtube channel owner) first original song and I think it's brilliant. Glad to see you like it! :D

11. 2/10

Christ, this is boring! Easily the worst thing here - at least I could finish track 8! I think it's country-esque pop, though it's easily the worst thing I've heard from the genre if so.

Michelle Branch 'All You Wanted' - I am actually GUTTED you didn't like this haha :( I found this as I was looking through a WWF/E tribute video to my favourite Diva and I fell in love. maybe that's why I love it so much. It's a strong song I think. But it's a shame you don't feel the same.

12. 8/10

Another voice that's familar, but I think I can point this one out - Diana Vickers? If so, then she's certainly been popular in BJSC recently! This is the best thing I've heard from her, partially as her voice seems a bit less screechy than before.

Diana Vickers 'Sunlight' - Yes it is Diana Vickers and it's the song that was used last contest, don't forget I compiled this CD before it was sent to that contest haha. So I didn't just jump on the bandwagon haha. I think I even thought about sending it myself at one point. Soon after 'Once''s release.

13. 7/10

This reminds me of 'Try' by Nelly Furtado a lot, in vocals and general melody. The verses aren't actually that bad, but the chorus is a bit of a let down, and it's a bit short overall.

The Wreckers 'Stand Still, Look Pretty' - Now you mention it, it really DOES sound like Nelly F's second best single! :o I completely love it and discovered it myself when I found the Michelle Branch song. She is one half of this duo and both songs she was considered to represent Ojnoj in their first contest.

14. 6/10

I'm not really sure what to day about this song. It sounds pretty upbeat and positive, which can be good, but other than that it didn't really leave an impression.

Meg & Dia 'Going Away' - I actually forgot about this song and forgot I considered it for BJSC at one stage. That was until I went looking for songs to include in this CD. So I got addicted to this again and I even thought about sending it again! Ha.

15. 6/10

The melody to this is really upbeat, but the lyrics, which certainly aren't upbeat, juxtapose strangely with it. It's not bad though, other than the ending which is just too saccharine.

Hollywood Undead 'Bullet' - Now for something very, very different. It's from a band I thought I would NEVER even think about listening too, but I just can't get over how the lyrics, strangely suit this bouncy, upbeat production. I had to include it and introduce it to someone haha. I thought the ending was great though

16. 5/10

The verses are all right, not actually that bad, but the chorus is really such a let down, pretty boring tbh.

The King Blues 'Everything Happens For A Reason' - Time for one of my favourite Punk bands, perhaps the only punk band I like. (I don't know what you'd count blink as, as they're more punk/rock/pop) I included one of their more mellowed out tracks and thought it'd be more BJ friendly than some of their other stuff.

17. 4/10

I can recognize the voices here, Lily Allen and Dizzee Rascal. While I normally like Lily, I've never though the same about Dizzee, and I don't really like this either. Their parts contrast a bit too much for me.

Dizzee Rascal feat. Lily Allen 'Wanna Be' - I think this really, really works and is pretty instant. It's one of those songs that would be a hit now. Regardless of how big each act is at the moment. I did consider sending this to one of my first contests but it lost out (obviously).

18. 7/10

Oh haha, I can see where the CD name's inspiration comes from now! It's autotuned quite a lot, though I don't think this intending to be a 'good' song.

Schmoyho: Charlie Sheen 'Winning' - Haha. It most definitely is the inspiration behind the name of the album. It's by the guys who made that 'Bed Intruder' song but I just thought them getting interviews of the legend that is, Charlie Sheen, and mixing it into a song like this was genius! I had to include it and it was the very first "song" I put on the CD haha.

Overall

Pretty good overall I’d say; a few misses, but also some hits, and some artists who I may want to hear more of, so yay! The average mark overall was 6/10, but that seems a bit low, and I’d rank it 7/10 as a full CD. I’m not too sure whose CD this is; I think it may be Jonjo’s, as I seem to remember he likes Scouting for Girls/Diana Vickers, but that’s just a (probably wrong) guess.

Oh, and I've just realised my reviews are a bit brief compared to pretty much everyone else's. So sorry to whoever's CD this is, I'm just not that good at describing things.

Thank you for taking the time to download and listen to the CD. I'm going to be pretty much the same with my review so I'm very grateful you rated it :D I hope you find yourself growing to like some of the songs and listen to more of the acts you liked some songs from.

Oh and my tracklist in full:

01. Marc Johnce 'I Want All the Girls (Who Run the World)'

02. Scouting For Girls 'On the Radio'

03. Alexandra Burke 'Turbulence'

04. N-Dubz feat. Lady NY 'Love Sick'

05. Wish 'If I Ain't the Girl'

06. Taio Cruz 'Replaceable'

07. David Jassy 'Exit'

08. Yes Giantess 'You Were Young'

09. Christina Grimmie 'Advice'

10. Sam Tsui 'Start Again'

11. Michelle Branch 'All You Wanted'

12. Diana Vickers 'Sunlight'

13. The Wreckers 'Stand Still, Look Pretty'

14. Meg & Dia 'Going Away'

15. Hollywood Undead 'Bullet'

16. The King Blues 'Everything Happens For A Reason'

17. Dizzee Rascal feat. Lily Allen 'Wanna Be'

18. Schmoyho: Charlie Sheen 'Winning'

Great tracklist Jonjo! I remember first hearing Love Sick in HMV and due to the lack of presence of Dappy I had no idea that it was N-Dubz. Pleasantly surprised when I Googled the lyrics when I got home and found out who it was by!

Could PM reminders perhaps be sent out to everyone who hasn't reviewed so far to remind them of the deadline just in case they've forgotten/haven't visited this thread recently?

I had 'Summer Sunset'. So here is my (not so good) review of it. I am proper rubbish at reviewing stuff so I do apologise in advanced that these reviews may not be the best or lengthy. :(

01. I have a feeling this is called 'Welcome to St. Tropez' seeing as it says it quite a bit haha. It's a decent track, but there are other songs of this genre that do this sound better. Not sure if I'd listen to this out of choice again though. 05.5

02. This sounds pretty similar, although not exactly the same. It has the same feel and vibe as track one but it's slightly better. Again, not sure if I'd listen to this out of choice but I'm sure 2005/6-me would love it! 06.0

03. A track that I know, now. Medina 'For Altid'! This is a beautiful track and I can see why it was included on this album. I do prefer 'Kun For Mig' and most of her debut album, to this but as I said before this is still beautiful. 08.0

04. I love the transition mix from Medina to this. Quite professionally done, and it's what made me think this could be Hitstatistic's CD. This is definitely not as good as Medina's song. I'm sure if I'm drunk this would sound better, this sort of sound gives me a headache and I genuinely can't liste to it out of choice anymore. I think this could be called 'Freedom' or something. 05.5

05. This has a female led vocal. "Ooh ahh don't be shy" I'm pretty sure I've heard this before but I can't really remember at the moment haha. It's decent enough though. 06.0

06. That noise is back for this track. That high pitched tweaking that's in songs like 'Party Rock Anthem' and track 4 that I really can't listen to on a normal day. Another female led track, but despite that horrible noise a lot of acts like to use lately, it's actually decent. 06.0

07. This sounds like one of those dance tracks that's fronted by one of those big, black diva women. Nothing more really to say about this haha. I am trying! haha :( 05.5

08. Ooh I quite like this. It's quite nice and chills me out a little. It's pretty breezy but still a great dance track. Yes this album so far is very dance orientated ha! 07.0

09. The less said about this song, the better for me. It's Sak Noel 'Loca People' :puke: One of the most overrated songs of 2011 so far. 02.0

10. Some female led track named 'Raise Your Hands Up' I guess. Haha. It's certainly an improvement on the last track and it's one of the better tracks on here. Although the whole dance sound of the album is all starting to blend into one for me and I'm getting a bit, bored (for lack of a better word). I feel nasty for saying that as someone has put time and effort into this. 06.5

11. 'I Wanna Be Free', I'm guessing is the name of this track. It's decent. The male vocal isn't annoying although the track is quite repetitive. So if I were to listen to it after this whole thing, then I can't see me listening for much longer to it. But for now, it's good. 07.0

12. I've heard this before. I'm sure I have. The intro has some sort of flutes or something a bit like Edward Maya's 'Stereo Love'. It has the words 'Te Amo' (or I get the feeling it may be "Ti Amo"?) It's a nice enough track and a different dance track to what's on this album. 07.5

13. Time for another instrumental that blends very nicely from the track before. I didn't even realise it had changed haha. It's a good instrumental, more in the Eric Prydz 'Pjanoo' "good" as opposed to the chicane 'Poppiholla' "good" for me though. 06.5

14. A track that isn't in English. Sounds like it could be some sort of football song, from another country. This is alright but I find these sort of songs a bit annoying as the track goes on and on. 05.5

15. This is alright, this sounds like a Eurovision song with a heavy dance beat behind it (and not the cheap sort of dance backing most Eurovision entries like to have). It's actually not too bad and works well within the CD. 07.5

16. Time for yet another song that the 2005/6 me would have loved. I quite like the female vocals. I could imagine Tina from Glee singing it or something. 07.0

17. This is lovely and quite mellowed. The female vocals are sweet and the "ah ah ahh"'s are a part of the charm to the song. The dance backing doesn't make my head hurt after listening to too much of it. Haha. 08.5

18. I've heard this girl before. I'm sure I have. Although female vocals on these sort of songs almost all blend into one for me. This is nice though, but I can find myself getting bored of it quickly. 07.0

19. This would sound amazing somewhere in Ibiza or something. And I get the feeling it's recorded live, as I can hear slight cheers throughout it. It's one of those trance, pure dance instrumental songs that I can imagine a crowd going wild too. But for listening out of choice, I'm not really keen, but I'm sure with an intoxicated system I'd be blasting it out  07.0

20. Is this called 'Shadow'? Ha. It's a nice enough track, but there are some better songs on this album that I probably won't get bored of as quickly. It's a nice enough closer though. 06.5

---

Overall: It's a very good mix and collection of dance songs. I just wish I was more into dance as I was back in 2006 as I'm sure this review would be completely different to what it is above. I'd find myself being a lot more generous I feel. I do like how this poster has made them actually mix, like they usually do on clubland CD's or something. Very professionally done. Probably give it an overall ranking of 06.5 out of 10.0

Compiler: I get the feeling this is Hitstatics CD. Although for some reason I keep bringing myself back to thinking it's Gooddelta. But I'm going stick with my guns and guess it is Hits CD.

It's not mine Jonjo, definitely sounds like a Hits production to me too!

Didn't Pjanoo go to #1 on your chart?

Yes. But famously fell to something like 8 after (despite climbing 35-1 the week before haha!) and spent about 3 more weeks after that in my top 40. It got boring quickly for me, it's my biggest "chart regret". 'Poppiholla' though is fantastic

I far prefer Pjanoo to Poppiholla for some reason :o Not that I've listened to either for a long while...

My biggest 'chart regret' was Bla Bla Bla by Gigi D'agostino going 1-OUT in my chart back in 2000 :drama: Talk about getting over something quickly...a more recent one would be Nadine's Insatiable, which perhaps shouldn't have been a #1 debut considering it had left my chart altogether five weeks later  Still, for the first three weeks I was really addicted to it and I suppose these charts merely represent a snapshot in time!

OK I've listened to this three times before but it's time to get my arse into gear and review mine whilst listening to it once more!

Music To Go Deaf To

01 - Listening to this song, I think I'd rather be deaf than hear this! It's the kind of hideous country-pop song that I'd usually turn off within half a minute of it starting but for the purpose of this I shall listen a few times. Unfortunately it doesn't get better with any more listens and I'd quite happily strangle whoever is singing it with her terrible, whiny squeaky voice. Fortunately, this is by some distance the low point of this album. I'll be kind and give it a 1/10 mark.

02 - Hearing the start of this one is a welcome relief, an electronic intro which turns into a decent pop song. It's a little bit run-of-the-mill but it's pleasant enough, the instrumentation is stronger than the vocals which are a bit generic female voice. As I say, nice enough but sounds too much like a lot of past BJSC entries. 6/10

03 - Another electro pop song, it starts off sounding like it could be by La Roux but thankfully it's not! I really like the verses to this but the chorus is a bit nothingy, and the high pitched falsetto-like voice he sings it in is a bit off putting as he sounds quite good elsewhere on the song, but repeated listens and I am now used to it. It kind of reminds me of something The Golden Filter might do. 7/10

04 - Unfortunately the 'oh oh oh's in the chrous of this remind me of 'She Makes Me Wanna' by JLS, which makes me realise that this is something that I could see them releasing, it's alright enough and would fit right in with the music that's hit the higher reaches of the UK chart this year. It's a reasonably decent europop influenced song that you'd be able to dance to. 5/10

05 - This is the first song here that I really like, it sounds like the more poppy end of Feist's material, it's nothing overly special but it's a good catchy pop song with a melody that gets stuck in my head after I listen to it. 9/10

06 - I don't know who this is but the voice on it sounds quite familiar and it annoys me who it is more everytime I listen to it, it's probably someone I've never heard before! Either way, I really like this one but it's perhaps a little long, it doesn't seem to go anywhere in the last minute, a 3 minute song it would be a very good pop song but at 4 minutes it just drags a little. 8/10

07 - I imagine this is called 'Written In The Stars' by how often it's said. This strikes me as a song I'd give 5 or 6 points to in a semi final of a contest, it's quite a good song even if I don't love it, for what it is it stands out quite a bit and is catchy without ever straying near annoyingly catchy. 8/10

08 - After three songs I enjoyed this is a reversion in quality. A male led europop/electropop song that just kind of plods along a bit without ever really going anywhere. It's too long and I don't particularly like his voice either. 3/10

09 - Oh this is rather good. I like this one a lot, her voice reminds me of Roisin Murphy's and it definitely sounds like something she might make if ever she was to have a fairly decent sized hit. 9/10

10 - I like the 'oooh's at the beginning of this, it reminds me of 'Go Outside' by Cults and her voice isn't too dissimilar either! It's quite a nice song, although the chorus sounds a bit chanty (for want of a better word). 7/10

11 - I'm guessing this is not the full version of this song and something has gone wrong somewhere. At 1:46 it's the shortest song on the album by over a minute and cuts off in the middle of a line. From what is here I really like, and I'm interested to hear more! 7/10

12 - This one is rather forgettable really, there's nothing about it that's particularly distinguishable or memorable, it's nice enough to listen to but it's just a bit of an inoffensive generic female pop song that doesn't go anywhere. 5/10

13 - This is a song which sounds alright to start with but I'm now on the 4th listen and the chorus has already begun to annoy me, it sticks in my head and not because I like it particularly, I have no idea who it is singing it but it could well be someone Disney, it sounds like it could well be. 4/10

14 - This is another I quite like but could be a little shorter, 8 seconds shy of 5 minutes and I do get a bit bored of it by the end, but it's definitely one for keeping. It's reasonably similar to some others on here but it also manages to stand out a bit, I like her voice quite a lot and the brass in it really adds to the song. 7/10

15 & 16 -

I'm not really sure what's gone wrong with these but they're not listenable at all, there's a horrible fuzzy distorted echo all over both of them which makes it hard to tell what the song is actually like. I don't know if it's just the way it's been ripped of it they're just really bad quality mp3s but I know they're not right as track 16 is 'Symphonies' by Dan Black which is a fantastic song but it definitely shouldn't sound this distorted. 15 sounds like MNDR but I can't really tell!

17 - This is another that I find a little generic. It's perfectly alright to listen to but it's not something I'm ever going to keep after this. 4/10

18 - The intro to this is wonderful, simple little individual electronic notes with a distorted vocal to open it. The way this builds up gradually is fantastic, there's not many vocals throughout the song and it makes a great instrumental. This is definitely my favourite song on here, it's essentially my thing really, a mix of indie, dance and pop with a distorted female vocal. Wonderful. 9/10

19 - To end it's a song in a foreign language, I have very little idea about any other languages but I'm certain that this is French because of the way it's pronounced the phrase "je suis" (sp) which could well be the title of the song. It's quite a nice song, very simple with a chorus that wants to stray into being anthemic. 7/10

Overall I'd say this is better than I imagined I'd get from a swap in the BJSC forum and probably a better review than the compiler will have imagine. I think the split of songs I shall keep and get rid of is probably even (9+9 with Dan Black which I already know), it's a decent compilation of differing pop songs which is good, it's essentially all from the same genre but at no point does it get boring and it makes for a varied compilation overall. I have no idea who made this, to me it doesn't really stand out as being by anyone in particular. C.R.? Liam? Le Vulker?

Pjanoo is only tolerable when mashed up with former Ashton entry Colour Me Dirty tbh.

I had no idea you were a fan of Wanna Be Jonjo! I love that track!

I had 'Summer Sunset'. So here is my (not so good) review of it. I am proper rubbish at reviewing stuff so I do apologise in advanced that these reviews may not be the best or lengthy. :(

Jonjo would be 100% right. Summer Sunset is like Batidas' version of Ministry Of Sound/Clubland as being our countries most famous nightclub. So if you don't like endless "bang bang bang" then this really isn't for you. :D

I just checked to see when I first put this album together and I put this together on July 23rd. So that's how long CD Swap has taken to get to this point. :D

So to the songs and I chose 20 big club hits from several European countries and created my "non stop" compilation (no gaps like a Now! album). I also put the songs in order of tempo starting with the slowest and ending with the fastest (125 bpm to 138 bpm for those who care :D ).

02. Nicko - Break Me

03. Medina - For Altid

04. Dan Balan - Freedom

05. Billy The Klit feat. Minnie - Don't Be Shy

06. Kalwi & Remi feat. Amanda Wilson - You And I

07. Erick Morillo & Eddie Thoneick feat. Shawnee Taylor - Stronger

08. DJ Project feat. Giulia - Mi-e Dor De Noi

09. Sak Noel - Loca People

10. Peter Luts feat. Lynn Larouge - Hands Up

11. Leo Aberer - I Wanna Be Free (Stefano Mattara Radio Edit)

12. Azuro feat. Elly - Ti Amo

13. Sander Van Doorn - Koko

14. Don Omar & Lucenzo - Danza Kuduro

15. AVA Rocks - Still Rave About You

16. Groove Coverage - Angeline

17. Andain - Promises (Myon & Shane 54 Summer of Love Radio Edit) :D

18. Lasgo - Here With Me

19. ATB & Dash Berlin - Apollo Road

20. Milk Inc - Shadow

When I put this together back in July I wouldn't have expected to see Sak Noel heading for #1 in the UK this week. Same with the addition of 'Danza Kuduro' which has also been massive across Europe. Now they're releasing an English version of the song which, imo, is absolutely dreadful. I'd rather listen to the Spanish version included here. Also my BJSC entry 'Promises' by Andain makes its welcome return (yes, this is how old my compilation is :kink: ) using the Myon & Shane 54 Summer of Love Radio Edit which I nearly entered into BJSC before going with the more chilled out album version.

At least there were some 7/10 moments for you Jonjo. :D Even if there's just 1 song from this album you really like enough to keep for future listening then my job here is done. ^_^ If anyone else is intrigued and wants to experience the Summer Sunset I'm sure the link is still working on Mediafire. :D

Jonjo was clearly paying attention in XXXVI then if Ti Amo and Promises both vaguely or completely slipped his mind

I'm tempted to go back through the final results thread to see if 'Ti Amo' or 'Promises' received any points from Ojnoj. If not, I'll be very unhappy. :P
