I also am very dissapointed with the song of the album, All About Tonight sounds nothing like the rest of the album. She's trying to be too soulfull. I do think she will still sell a lot with this album. I have no idea why she's releasing the album a week later, I think she could have beat The Wanted & Cher Lloyd. Now she's up against Jls. I think Pixie will debut top 3 with this album and sell well, another 300,000+

I won tickets to see her from hmv for pre-ordering her album, but I can't go :( for three reasons:

 

a.) it's on a wednesday when I have college

b.) it's in london which is miles away, this wouldn't have been much of a problem if it was on a day off

c.) it's 18+ so even if I had the day off I wouldn't get in

 

oh well :( wasn't expecting to win them so I'll just stay excited for the album.

Pixie Lott has revealed she's set to collaborate with Ed Sheeran and Jessie J.

The 20-year-old recently released her new album, Young Foolish Happy, and told how she's planning to work with her fellow British singers.

She said to UK newspaper Daily Star: 'Me and Ed are going to try to do some writing together. I joined him on stage at one of his shows recently so we have vowed to start writing some songs next.

'Jessie J too. We were meant to have a writing session years ago but our schedules didn't meet. We have to try and make it happen at last.'

They'll be for the inevitable re-release I'm guessing :P

Listening to the album now, first too tracks are very soulful and just a tad bland. 'Kiss The Stars' is fantastic however, if a bit childish lyrically, but has great production so is probably the best choice for the next single!

Okay so this album is just one big bland mess and is completely forgettable. Luckily she knows how to pick the singles so I imagine 'Kiss The Stars' and maybe 'Bright Lights (Good Life)' will be the next two. They're pretty much the only ones apart from the two singles that stand out. Very disappointed.

 

Edit: 'We Just Go On' is another highlight as well :wub:

I agree Jack. I am very disappointed in this album, I think Pixie's trying to gain a new fanbase but she will no doubt lose alot of her current fan base.
