Anyway as expected the finale was superb. I did not twig that was root at all, until it came up on the computer screen and by then it was a case of OH f***! For a brief second I thought Zoe might actually be the one who had lured them out into the open, but that would probably have been too convoluted. I liked the scene with Fuscoe and Carter working out they both worked for them though, it had to happen eventually and it worked well with the story. I feel like they've kind of thrown away a longer running arc with the HR thing, but oh well the root thing should keep it going for a bit.

The cop that was working with Fuscoe got away didn't he?

 

Anyway yes absolutely superb. The tension with the chase was done so well, and John had some cracking lines. I guessed about halfway through that she might not actually be in danger, but didn't guess she was Root. I guess next season the people who were chasing Alica will come into the fore more.

 

I loved the ending. I guess we might finally see how the machine works. I reckon it could be Nathan on that line. Certianly going to be interesting next season, I mean I wonder how Root knew about the machine for example.

Watched by about 1.5m people on Five last night, which is really good numbers. Wonder how it will fair after the CSI lead-in is not there next week.

I suspect it should be able to holds it own, perhaps not immediately, but within a few weeks at least. Great start though.

Picked this up for £20 in the US on DVD. The Pilot was enjoyable but the start of the second episode hooked me. Fantastic show!

Zoe NEEDS to be a more frequent guest star. Like yesterday.

She's back for another episode in S1, don't worry, and then she has a few in S2 too.

The whole season was bloody brilliant! Got 5 season of Criminal Minds to catch up before I download season 2, give me more to watch in a single block.

Ahh yes, I'm the same, Season 2 will not disappoint though. They've got a couple of story arcs on the go now (which I love) and the 'cases of the week' are more complex and interesting too.

Yep I'm liking Season 2 now, especially now they've introduced 2/3 more recurring characters.

Last weeks episode (#8) was HILARIOUS, the scene with Fusco, Carter and John talking about the kidnapping was brilliant.

Root (Amy Acker) has been upped to series regular for S3 *.*

Just watched the first episode of this, and it was amazing! Really interesting story, and there was plenty action which was great! Will watch episode 2 tomorrow ~

Oh if you liked the pilot you are in for a TREAT when it really starts kicking in around episode 10.

Just wait for Zoe to make her first godly appearance.

Oh my god. Just watched episode 2 and that was bloody fantastic! The whole story from start to finish was just amazing, so much action! :wub: Was literally close to tearing my hair out when the gunman was chasing Finch and Teresa in the hotel. If this is a sign of things to come I can't wait to watch the rest of the season.

Oh WOW, took a bit for all the pieces to fall into place again (kinda forget where they all were at the end of S2 tbh) but Roots final scene!!!
