February 4, 201213 yr Dreadful results, but I expected as much so yeah, hopefully the next semi(s) aren't as bad.
February 4, 201213 yr I meant Semi 3, sorry. But Brolle was quite awful as well. The Playtones? Hmm I had forgotten them, they are up (well, down) there with Thorsten Flick :puke:
February 4, 201213 yr The DTG qualifiers that I expected, and until tonight, I didn't know Thorsten Flinck were going to get such a good reaction - shame Afro-Dite couldn't have got in AC instead of Thorsten :(
February 4, 201213 yr They're actually pretty well known even in the UK amongst rock circles. Quite a few of my friends went to their gig in my hometown last year.
February 4, 201213 yr I haven't seen Loreen's performance, but was it a potential Melodifestivalen winner? The songs certainly sounded like it :D
February 5, 201213 yr 5. My Heart Is Refusing Me - Loreen 9. Sober - Loreen Sweden are LOVING Loreen at the moment.
February 5, 201213 yr I'm guessing Euphoria isn't available yet so people are downloading My Heart Is Refusing Me and Sober instead due to that? :cheer: Hopeful this is a sign of her winning the whole thing
February 5, 201213 yr Rewatching the Euphoria performance as SVT are still streaming last night's heat on their website. It defines epic, I'm really pleased that she's produced a song that REALLY hits the mark for me. Everything was there for her to become a favourite artist of mine, with the exception of the songs themselves  Her persona and stage presence are incredibly intriguing to watch and her voice is fantastic. One criticism though, of MF - not Loreen - What on earth are the dancing to the stage introductions all about this year? It's as cringeworthy as Dermot O'Leary on X Factor  Abalone Dots in particular just looked truly bizarre doing it, they didn't know where to look or what to do!
February 5, 201213 yr I agree, I really miss the funny little segments before the performance too - not that I knew what they were talking about, but it was better than awkward dancing to the stage with music, followed by a 5 second clip of the person's face thinking.
February 5, 201213 yr Author I agree, I really miss the funny little segments before the performance too - not that I knew what they were talking about, but it was better than awkward dancing to the stage with music, followed by a 5 second clip of the person's face thinking. THIS. I was thinking they would do something like last year. :( And even thopugh I couldn't understand almost anything they were saying then, it was still entertaining!
February 5, 201213 yr Are SVT becoming more lax? They don't normally stream the heats on the website after do they? And wasn't last year the first time we got full studio versions before the show? I thought they were all about trying to keep it 'fair' by trying to make it so people couldn't listen to qualifiers again until all heats had been.
February 5, 201213 yr Author I remember them releasing studio versions in 2010 too. Don't remember about 2009.

HAHA! So true! But I thought that was funny actually, although I missed the way the used to do it. It was much more interesting and we got to see every acts own personalities etc. This new thing was definitely AWKWARD :(
