I just watched her DWAD tour and her OHT and they aren't even the same people. If you disagee your full of shit. The Britney I felll in love with I had passion, this Britney doesn't.
October 7, 201113 yr Its weird because she says she loves what she does but the passion clearly is'nt there like it was. I personally just think she prefers the life of being a housewife and mother, but still enjoys making music...just not promoting it.

October 7, 201113 yr I'm confused Tyler. I thought you were one of the completely blind stans?... Perhaps I had you down wrong. Yes, her performances are all crap and lack anything special. It's such a shame that in pretty much every recent interview she says "I love to dance" "I'm a dancer" etc... but it's like... where's the dancing? All she does these days is look rigid as hell and do awful hand movements. Such a waste of talent.
October 7, 201113 yr after seeing her on tour, I started to lose interest on her to be honest. okay I am still enjoying the music she is delivering to us, but as of touring, I'd rather not see her again...she was disaster in Zurich show and I am not lying.
October 8, 201113 yr She is just lazy with this era, and I don't mind anything to her, as she said in some of the recent interviews she doesn't have to prove anything to anyone.. she has done so much in the last 12 years... she can have some bad, horrible performances. She's is lazy coz of obvious reason her kids, she's giving much more attention to them than to herself. In the end of the day when this era started she said that this album is only for fans and she wanna that they just enjoy in music.. and that's all. She said in some recent interviews that she wanna make more albums, so nobody knows how that next era will look. Everybody have bad eras, great eras.. so.. just enjoy in music and the better days will come.
October 8, 201113 yr I've said this before and I'll say it again. I don't think she's as interested as she was. I agree with Silver Rocket, this point has been true since just after ITZ era tbh.
October 8, 201113 yr TBH, I think she just mainly wants to get out of the contract with Jive and is just doing what they say just so the contract is over with. I'm interested to see what she does once the contract is over tbh. What will she do? Sign with someone else who gives her creative freedom? Or will she just focus on starting a proper family and settle down for good?
October 8, 201113 yr Haha I thought I'd stepped into Exhale for a second there. I think I would pinpoint her interest in her career declining to when her label pulled the plug on The Original Doll. Followed by the breakdown obviously. I don't think anyone can say it's a coincidence that she goes from more invested than she has been in her entire career (ITZ, making TOD) to not interested at all (everything after Blackout) after TOD was cancelled/the breakdown. When her contract ends then we'll see what happens. Who knows if we'll ever get "The Old Britney" back. The music is still good anyway, which is the most important thing to me. October 8, 201113 yr I agree that her performances have been terrible since the ITZ era, and I think that's when her personality vanished too. We were left with Robo!Brit when it came to interviews, and Stiff!Brit when it came to performances. I think I've given up on seeing Brit ever return to her old ways, at least in her performances - she's getting older so each year that passes by, the tougher it will be to get her back in shape and able to perform at her best. However, hopefully we will see Brit be genuine again, or even some spark of enthusiasm, little by little - her personality at least can be salvaged. But yeah, I'm glad when I meet Brit fans that are honest about her, and not blind by their stanning. I actually respected Chris C a lot more after seeing him diss her performances and giving the middle finger to the rest of the stans who defend her no matter what. I get that she doesnt enjoy dancing anymore, but I wish she'd just tell her manager she doesnt want to go on tour rather than putting on lousy performances. I still adore her and she'll always be a pop icon to me, and it seems each year I grow to like her a bit more, even though she's not bringing her A-game anymore.
October 8, 201113 yr I pretty much agree with everyone else. It's so annoying that she just can't be arsed to even TRY anymore. The whole thing about her having kids and stuff now is rubbish too - as much as I despise her (as a person and an artist), Madonna literally goes all out in her performances, videos, tours etc, etc. and so do tonnes of others, so the kids thing is tosh. She just got lazy, plain and simple. It may sound a little heartless but I couldn't care less if she's a bit annoyed about her lack of creative freedom or whatever, she is a megastar and needs to remember that regardless of whether she likes it or not, she has an obligation to give 110% in every performance or tour, because we have paid to see her. As someone who went to see her at the O2 for the Circus tour, I expected a hell of a lot more from her. Just to call a spade a spade here, Britney will never stop touring - and nobody is forcing her to tour, she is touring because she makes most of her $$$ from touring, and while people are still shelling out extortionate prices to see her, she will keep doing sweet F.A. As Tyler said, while the music she is delivering is still pretty decent it's the actual human side of things that's the problem - having to do interviews, like she's some sort of drone, lazy performances, half arsed tours. It's down to her. I think Britney has gotten to the point now where she doesn't want to do this anymore, but realises that no matter how rich she is, the longer she keeps doing it the more money she makes for her kids. She couldn't care less about creative input of this album or that album, she just DOESN'T WANT TO DO IT. Minimal input, maximum output, plain and simple. The longer she's doing this the longer she is ruining her own legacy - and as a Britney fan, I hate to have had to make this post.

I think it's a case of us becoming as bipolar as she has. We love her no matter what, we will piss our pants with every new era and we will also have our moments of "oh, she'll never be like she used to" etc.
