The poll works out in terms of how many votes have been cast for every song rather than how many people voted when it's a Multiple Choice.

So a song can be voted for by everyone and not be on 100%? Odd.

Out of those that I've heard, only We Are The Champions for me. It is ridiculously weak compared to the rest of Queen's output.
Only Holiday - which is incredibly flimsy by Madonna's standards - I particularly dislike. Bad Romance also pales in comparison to the others but I do like it (even though it's technically an absolute mess of a song, but somehow it works!) so didn't tick it. Not a huge fan of Smells Like Teen Spirit either but I respect/appreciate it.
We vote for ones we dislike?? Fuck, I voted for ones I liked!! Damn it!!!

Oh, VLV now on 3 votes :(

Mr. Brightside is the last remaining song with only one vote then. Although 'Umbrella' is now less objectionable than Viva La Vida apparently.

Queen are winning? What the fuck? :puke:

You realise people are voting for songs that they don't like, yes?

Yes, notice that I edited my post <_< I voted for ones I liked <_<

For a poll of songs that are meant to be universally loved, I've ended up voting for the majority of them.

That's because you have a WEIRD music taste.

None. :cheer: Although I love less of these than the other poll...

On the flipside, while there are 2 I dislike in this one and none in the other, there are more that I absolutely LOVE in this poll.

Well I tend to dislike anything guitar heavy so that accounts for my votes for a number of the songs in this poll and [sacrilege] I dislike The Beatles' vocals so that counts them out too[/sacrilege]

Not really sacrilege on BJ, I'd say you're possibly even in a majority disliking The Beatles.

Which songs did you *not* vote for? ABBA is a given ofc.

Percentages are a bit of a nonsense when you get multiple votes.

In the context of this poll, I disagree. If the percentages are based on the numbers of votes for a certain song divided by the total number of voters (then multiplied by 100) then that gives you the percentage of the voters that dislike it, whereas the way the percentages are being worked out currently makes no sense.

Dancing Queen is far from my favourite ABBA song, but you are indeed correct. The others I didn't vote for are: The Killers, Massive Attack, The Pogues, Gaga, Rihanna, Madonna and The Beach Boys.

Can't stand Queen's 'We Are the Champion' - although it'll forever by an iconic song in the world of music. I only despise it after persistent hearing of it during my involvement in a 'We Will Rock You' performance at school.
