One Of my fave U2 songs, cant believe it charted so low!

most early U2 singles either charted too low or missed completely - quite how "I Will Follow" managed to miss the chart completely in 1980 is still a mystery to me. It even managed to chart in the US, albeit in 1984 (though it only reached #81).

Welcome to the monkey house by Animal Magnet

Kiss Me (original version) by Stephen Tintin Duffy

Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison

These are all good cheesy party songs but never made the top 40

Here's some of my fav non-Top 40 hits

Bryan Adams - Summer Of 69

One Too Many - Downtown

Donna Summer - Breakaway

Gloria Estefan - Cuts Both Ways

Deon Estas - Heaven Help Me (George Michael on backing vocals)

The Jets - You Got It All (not given UK release but was a billboard hit)

Eighth Wonder - Baby Baby

Roxette - Vulnerable

Sheryl Crow - Leaving Las Vegas

Animal Magnet - Monkey House

There are probably other non-hits that i liked but that's what i can think of at the moment.

The Corrs - Forgiven Not Forgotten, I Never Loved You Anyway, The Right Time, Only When I Sleep (which were all MUCH better than anything they've done since Talk On Corners).

Sheryl Crow - Leaving Las Vegas

Alanis Morissette - Precious Illusions

Annie - Heartbeat

Zero 7 - Somersault

Norah Jones - Come Away With Me

ya all the corrs singls from forgiven not forgotten deserved far better success, although i do love all there singles since also,

norah jones is another who deserved bigger singles success also
