God, Pixie is literally SO close to reaching #5.
6. What Do You Take Me For? - Pixie Lott

Edited by kevvybitch

Not sure whether Pixie will hang on to 5th when she gets there as it is very close

02. JLS 'Take a Chance on Me'

06. Pixie Lott 'What Do You Take Me For?'

12. Loick Essien 'Me Without You'

14. Bruno Mars 'It Will Rain'

17. Maverick Sabre 'I Need'

23. Tinchy Stryder 'Off the Record'

27. Afrojack & Steve Aoki 'No Beef'

All 7 new entries set to debut inside the T30 is pretty impressive. With Florence and the Machine at #13 too - the first update will no doubt have about 4/5 new entries in the T10 (I imagine Loick or Florence will pop up in the first update). Great to see new music refreshing the charts - although the majority of it will tumble a few places on its second week (Tinchy, Afrojack and Maverick Sabre in particular).

Is Ed pulling away from Pixie again then?!
listen its sursingly good imo :o

I'm listening now! :o It's brilliant!! Wow. It's awesome. There's a music video for it aswell! :D Looks very "The Way I Are, Part II". :D

Most people seem to agree the song is good, just a little bit of controversy over the collaboration, but I expected that tbh.

Hmm, Charlene Soraia isn't far off #10 (38.7 to 40.8) but I don't know if she's increasing or not.

The gap was as close as 0.005 at 6pm ish as there is now another version of MLJ on the rise and that coupled with the weekend effect wear off was causing the top version to fall at a faster rate than Charlene even though she'd lost the top 10 effect. Looks like MLJ will stay top 10 now as the gap is over 0.02

53. Christina Perri - A Thousand Years - Could this go top 40? :o

74. Drake ft. Nicki Minaj - Make Me Proud - Hopefully a music video can boost this into the top 40, or maybe when the album is released

80. The Wanted - Warzone - Should climb into the top 40 in a few weeks

126. Cher Lloyd ft. Busta Rhymes - Grow Up

195. Alexandra Stan - Get Back

244. Adele - Turning Tables - This is still 100 places higher than her next single which is playlisted by Radio 1 :drama:

256. Rizzle Kicks - Mama Do the Hump

436. Lady Gaga - Marry the Night

438. Tinie Tempah ft. Ester Dean - Doing incredibly well with no music video, no live performances, and I assume not much radio airplay!

788. Inna ft. Juan Magan - Un Momento - This sounds a little bit different to her other songs, but still quite like her, if that makes sense.

Also, could someone with access to iTunes check if any of Professor Green's songs are "album only"? Because I'm a bit baffled as to why his next single isn't in the top 1000, yet every other one of the album tracks seemed to make it in there...

Rumour Has It is looking like a disastrous choice more and more with every passing day.
Yes. Turning Tables was a more obvious choice to me, you know, what with it having been top 300 for the past 9 months, it's obviously quite popular! It's such a Wintery song aswell. It would be perfect for now.

Heard Adele's 'Rumour Has It' for the first time on R1 yesterday - really liked it. I agree though, that 'Turning Tables' would've been the best choice for the fourth single - but perhaps that'll be the album's fifth and final single; in which case 'Rumour Has It' will most likely be rushed released with no video and forgotten about.

Great to see Rihanna pulling away from JLS - clearly some JLS fans have switched to One Direction, haha.

Hoping Pixie Lott / Pusha T can overtake Ed Sheeran - although a #5 single from Sheeran would mean a discography of 03-04-05, which is amusing.

thank goodness they have fallen back to 92.1%

hopefully this time tomorrow, 82% :P

Plus they're only #12 on Amazon.

His songs are all available to cherry pick. Which is his next single? He choose the song with Luciana. The only ones with at least one bar of popularity from the album, are:

01. 'Read All About It' (Full bar - shock.)

02. 'At Your Inconvenience' (2 bars)

03. 'D.P.M.O.' (1 bar)

04. 'Remedy' (feat. Ruth Anne) (1 bar)

05. 'Astronaut' (1 bar)

Are any of them the next single?

None of them are 'Album Only'.

Green apparently confirmed his second single as 'Never a Right Time' in October on BBC Radio 1xtra - it features uncredited vocals from singer/songwriter Ed Drewett, whom he collaborated with beforehand on 'Need You Tonight'. We'll find out wheter this is the definite next single soon - the music video was filmed late last week/weekend, I believe.
