Some die hard fans will surely buy more than one? I was tempted to buy the Una and Vanessa slipcases for the Saturdays, but I didn't because I had sense. Some 10 year old girls will buy all 5 I'd say!

I'm gonna buy the Harry one. He's my favourite as he has the best voice IMO.

I barely even like their music but I think I'll buy the Louis cover. :lol: Although they could have removed the bags under his eyes. I might buy the Niall one instead. HMM. This individual cover thing really isn't fun. I don't like being forced to make decisions like this! I'm a sucker for wanting the different types of artwork available! I even imported the US edition of Lights just to have the complete set.

Well, that's what it is. There is no "artistic" reason behind it, it's all about making more cash on the back of the die hard fans (because they're the ones who're going to buy several versions).

 

But at least all of One Direction members (bar one) look decent, while three fourths of JLS look shit.

and where would 10 year old girls get £45 money from to get themselves 5 separate £8.99 albums? The only way is if they saved up their pocket money, but I doubt 10 year olds are at the age to care too much about an album from One Direction. I'd say it's probably more 14-16 year old girls (i.e. just a little younger than the boys themselves) that will probably multi-buy.
